If this doesn't work, you could just try a reboot.
Try the mr2.5 radio / should fix it

BUMP Please!!!!
Verizon caught you rooting and installing custom rom's on your phone and has disabled your service.
If problem persist just reboot, your phone is ok.

I reboot with no service...
So try installing the radio again or maybe there is just Verizon issue in your area or go back to whatever you were on before Gingeritis and see if it works then or go back to froyo radio unless your phone is stuck you got tons of options to try

Try checking the network settings and change to cdma auto (prl)
Sent from my ADR6400L using XDA App
Hold the power button down like you're going to restart your phone. The bottom option toggles internet. Turn off for a few seconds then back on. Otherwise make sure you have the correct radio. You might need to re flash the Rom or radio.
I'm running the same setup with no problem.
Almost sounds like you have wrong radio for ROM, like froyo radio on GB rom or vice versa.
Guys i have done everything you said to do, no luck. I dont have my phone today cause i dont have service on it. Can someone please give me instructions on how to do this.
Ok so last night i decided to go to gingerbread, the first thing i did was i factory reset my phone cleared all the data and flashed the MR2 radio through Hboot. After it loaded up i switch to Gingeritius 1.0 and i everything was perfect!. 10 mins later i lose all my service and it doesnt even let me turn on my Mobile network. I have no idea what i did wrong but if someone could please help me it be awesome. thanks guys. btw im freaking out with no phone =(

Man I'm not trying to be rude but read the first post. It states what the radios are
das BAMF sense 3.0 rocking the bolt
Flashed BAMF Sense 3.0 GB RC3 and noticed that I never get 4G LTE service unless I manually go in an set to it using Das BAMF Toolkit or LTE switching app. Then it will acquire 4G LTE service and I can switch it back to CDMA+LTE/EvDO-auto and things seem to work ok from there on out. Anyone else have this happen?

sounds like a radio issue to me. flash another one and see if it changes.
I was having this issue using the kernel that came with the rom. I flashed up to the 2.3.0 dream kernel (an updated version of what comes with the rom) and noticed that the 4G using the cdma/lte auto was close to flawless.
Note that sometimes it did drop to 3G, but it seemed to be an issue caused by juicedefender constantly turning the radio on and off.
Also, if you're on mr2.0 switch to mr2.5. Apparently it has much better luck with 4G.
Best of luck, and as always, anything you do is at your own risk.
I find some ROMs I have 4g issues with MR2 and I will switch to MR2.5 and it works. Sometimes the opposite occurs. It's a strange deal.
On 2.5 and no issues with 4G.

Ill try the new bamf sense 3.o rc4 as its supposed to have latest dream kernal. Tried flashing 2.3.2 dream kernal and it crapped my whole phone out.

For what it's wort I flashed rc4 and did not change kernal and I'm running 2.5 radio.
I work in a building right on the fringe of 4g, My coworkers have thunderbolts and Samsung charges. I'm the only rooted non stock phone (I'm working on it) of them all and we all get 3g inside and 4g outside. All phones seem to switch in the same place at about the same time.

I did the same and I had to wipe and flash. It was later mentioned that a boot issue was found and the kernel dev fixed it in what I believe is 2.3.6. Try the rc5 with the official mr2, best results so far for me.

You need the MR2 radio. Go to DougPiston.com, click on the Tbolt section, download the "real MR2 radio", rename it pg05img.zip, place it on your SDcard, then flash it through the boot loader. Don't flash it in clockworkmod. The md5 is a sum that allows you to check file integrity. The easiest way to check your md5 on your files is to move them to your SDcard and do it through ADB or terminal on your phone. Use the following command:
/data/local/busybox md5sum /sdcard/directory-if-in-one/name-of-file.zip or whatever the extension might be.
Accordingly, your command to check a radio on your sdcard:
/data/local/busybox md5sum /sdcard/pg05img.zip
It should match what the dev has provided. If not, delete and redownload.
Got my phone flashed with DasBamf 3.0 Dude i love this thing! thanks so far I have 3g so looks like the radio is working...

I have Synergy Rom and I am running the 7/30 nightly with the MR3 radio and I have an excellent 4G connection. I haven't tried the Bamf Rom yet but I've been hearing a lot of good reviews. Im thinking about giving Bamf a try.
I was using BAMF 3.0 with the MR2 radio and kept getting fc's when trying to call a couple specific contacts. Didn't matter if I dialed the number out completely or went through the contact list. I switched to Gingeritis 3D Beta VII and holy crap is it awesome...

So renamed the .627 kernel to PG05IMG.zip and installed it from bootloader. It's been 5 minutes and I still have no service from VZW. what am I missing?
That's a radio not a kernal.... is it reading your similar card?

Make sure the file name isn't double zipped[.zip.zip] Sometimes the downloaded file already comes in zip format. Just a matter of moving to SD root. If double zipped rename the file.

I'm having terrible 4g issues. i got a replacement thunderbolt a little while back and flashed eternity which im not too happy with on there. but i never flashed a new rom because i was told that the new radios on the most current hardware would supprt it. sure enough it did but the 4g doesnt work like its supposed to. just goes in and out and stuff
since i'm not too good with radios i need to know which one would be the best to flash. and why if someone doesnt mind explaining it to me. thanks!

Are you currently running the most updated 605.19 stock radios?
You ARE if you go to settings, about phone, software information, more, and the baseband version reads 1.49.00.0406w_1, 0.01.79.0331w_1
If these are not the numbers you see, flash these radios from here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=24992678
If these are the numbers you see, then it should be working properly. If not, you may have installed an older version of Eternity. Check to make sure you flashed the most updated one.
Or the 4G in your area may be simply going in and out. Try flashing another ROM to verify this.

The .19 radios works best for me. Have you tried toggling data on and off or putting it into airplane mode for a minute and taking it back out.

605.19 is the name of the radios. Not the entire name but the last 5 digits of the radio name are usually what we go by.

cool man well i dug threw the thread and found the radios that other people flashed. and ran those threw the phone. still have sketchy 4G but if i keep it on cdma only and run permanent 3g its smooth, just not super fast like i wish.
does anyone know a specific LTE only radio i can flash in that they have had success with running the ICS Roms?

I'm pretty sure the LTE radios they used were from the 2.11.605.19 OTA. They may have flashed a different CDMA radio, but Idk. The leaked LTE radio causes most phones to reboot a lot.
Here's a link to the combo radios though. I suppose it never hurts to try them out... the outcome varies by phone.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=30974567
But it is still recommended to use the 2.11.605.19 radios... which I posted a link for them above.

I've even had luck with the old 2.11.605.9 radios.
Try them if you'd like.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1396408
Just be careful flashing different radios. If you flash a bad radio, it can brick you.
Also, I was always told to never flash the same radio that is already installed. So if you flash the .9 radios and they are currently installed, don't flash them again until you flashed a different radio.

So I am a flashaholic, I admit it. And proud lol
However, I have noticed that I am no longer getting 4g/LTE connectivity. I keep getting network errors on pretty much every rom I try I have decent service in my area and my wife's Galaxy s3 is getting great service.
To get some service i have been switching to CDMA only is there something else I could do?

You could try update PRL & Profile.
Or RUU back and you still experience issues then go to Sprint to warranty it out.. Hope you get it fixed

I had the same problem until I updated radios that matched the ROM base I was using... I could nandroid back to earlier roms and have 4g, but new roms wouldn't connect reliably to 4g until I updated the radio to match. I'm S-On, so I just did the recovery flashable radio.
Thanks

Take every PRECAUTION when flashing radios PRI etc...., they are they easiest way to brick your phone!
It happened to me. After flashing mean 6.4 I lost LTE. The only way I could connect is by switching to CDMA only. I reflashed different roms, unrooted, updated the software, re rooted, soff again, fixed permissions, profile, prl, called sprint and did numerous resets.
In other words, I think its toast.
I'm headed to the sprint store in the morning.
