I have bionix 1.9.1 and when I play music on either the music player, winamp, or poweramp, it locks up after one song. It wont go to the next song, it'll just stay frozen for 10 mins or until I decide to kill it. If I forward to the next song it locks up also. Is it the rom? Or what's going on?

I'm using the stock music player and all of a sudden for some reason, after playing ONE song, the app will completely freeze on me.
I can play one song fine but if i choose to skip, or the song finishes playing, the player will freeze.
Any help?

I was wondering if anyone knows if a music player App that won't play the same track constantly in shuffle mode. Currently I'm using PowerAmp and on a playlist of over 1600 songs it wants to play the same 30-ish songs all day lol.

I personally like power amp for the amount of customization that it has and its great tuning options for the music you play

Definitely power amp without a question! I even paid for it and i never pay for apps. Alot of great perks. Equalizer is AMAZING too when i play it in my car
On the other hand. Power amp has a very good new widget pack. Works well with 4.2 lock screen

I like the stock HTC music player because it has a built in album art grabber and plays WMA files. When I'm not on a Sense ROM though I prefer Now Playing.

Not found any comparison on date tried all Winamp+Jetaudio+, Poweramp, NPlayer7, Sony Walkman 8 almost every audio player

Best Music Player - JetAudio
My preferred music player is Jet Audio. It is awesome and simple to use. It lets me see how many tracks of song has an artist without opening it up. It also changes tracks crossfading

PlayerPro is well enough. I keep my music in folders and this app let me browse them like that. Obviously, it can also group the songs
