I flashed a fix that enables me to connect to an Ad Hok network.
but the thing is the device wont reconnect again to the same network... it will only connect to new ones i set and wont reconnect to exiting ones.
any suggestions how to fix this?

My wifi connection starts connecting then stops and show the network as unavailable. I have a G4 Wizard running the diamond ROM. I've disabled the proxy settings for GRPS and it still doesn't work. I've tried connecting to secure and unsecure networks and nothing, any ideas?
have you tried just rebooting the phone? It happens to mine too sometimes i try to connect and it just wont latch on for some reason. But after i reboot the phone it connects no prob.

I have the following issues with my Razr:
1. When connecting to my home network, sometimes the WiFi logo won't turn blue. This causes google talk to be unable to sign in. However the phone is connected to the network, internet browsing with Dolphin and Market work fine. Rebooting fixes the issue, when connecting now the WiFi logo turns blue as soon as connected and all is good.
2. I can't connect to my university's wifi: it is an 802.1x secured with PEAP and uses MSCHAPV2. When I set up the connecting (which i have to do manually by long pressing network -> modify settings) it fails to connect (says connecting to... then Disconnected). Weird thing is when modifying the network again, the settings are screwed up (e.g. set to use TLS, MSCHAPV2 unselected).
Does anybody have any ideas what to do about these (except for waiting for an update?) I am using the 651.73.18-version, so not updated so far...
Also, WiFi strength seems rather crappy with the Razr, i'm only getting ok signals where i used to get good ones with my desire and fail to connect when my cheap hp netbook connects fine...

Every known wifi network I walk into, I get an wifi connection failure and my phone does not get connected. After going to the wifi network settings and manually choose connect, there is no problem...
Also overnight, my connection get lost and when I wake up I have the same error. I have to do the same thing (manually connect to my known wifi network(s).) before I can use it...
Deleting the network and adding it again will not solve the issue. I have attached the logcat. I also have enabled extended wifi logging for the logcat.
At 16.21 I enabled wifi and it does not connect
At 16.50 I manually connect to the network
Does anybody know what's going on?

Another logcat during night. Somewhere I lose my wifi and my device won't reconnect.... I gave to manually choose reconnect on the known wifi.
I already deleted the data in data/misc/dhcp and data/misc/wifi and removed all the known networks and start adding them.
Already did a full wipe (factory) reset with no results..

I suggest that before the update worked perfectly.
After updating the wifi tethering does not work anymore.
In practice, the other device connects but does not navigate.
I noticed that with tethering connected and connected device if I disconnect the data and reconnect them, the connected device navigates but no longer surf the phone.
To be able to surf the phone I have to disable the router and disconnect and reconnect the data.
It's as if either surfing one or the other.
I have already reset my factory data.
My sim has no tethering block.
I've already tried to change APN (default - default,dun - default,supl,dun).
The same problem also in safe mode.
Can someone help me?

When I connect to the WiFi hotspot, it does not accept a connection. When I restart my phone, it will work for a few minutes. Then the connection is broken and it no longer succeeds to make a connection. That only succeeds after a restart.
Does anyone know how to solve this?
