Step to install
- Using CWM
1. copy zip to sdcard
2. go to Recovery
3. wipe cache
4. go to advanced
5. dalvik-cache
6. go to install zip from sd
7. chose SG3Bri v.x.xx.zip
OR
- Using Adb/QtAdb
1. push the files in respective directories
2. go to Recovery
3. wipe cache
4. go to advanced
5. dalvik-cache
6. go to install zip from sd
7. chose SG3Bri v.x.xx.zip

It's the appolo's resolution who makes it
240*400 is bad...

oh then maybe its pixelized because of bad optimization on the miui launcher port... not saying that your work isn't good. its awesome but it needs to be perfect hehe

the miui launcher has huge resolution compared to our g3. thats whats causing the pixel excess...

are u resizing the icons?
im my experience everytime I resized images not on photoshop i get pixel excess... try to resize them on photoshop maybe it's the way to go :d

For the best result you have to resize them and save it with high quality, I think...

yeah you're right.. I used paint.net to resize the icons and they were pixelized..
used photoshop and they were good...
Some tips I'd recommend:
Icon size : 48 x 48 pixels
In photoshop, Select save for web & devices and save them as png-24
