I have a Razerâ„¢ Pro|Click BT mouse I want to use with webtop and it does not have a PIN. I have tried 0000 & 1234 and still won't accept those. Is there a way to bypass paring PIN since it detects it just fine.

I've just bought a bluetooth FM Transmitter to use in-car for audio from my SGSII to the car stereo.
I've tried pairing it with 0000 and 1234, neither would work. There are no instructions with it, so I've just tried to pair it with my laptop ... it appears that it needs no passcode to pair.
On my Galaxy SII the "OK" button is greyed out, as if a code is required.
I have tried:
0000
1234
Entering a letter, and then pressing backspace and then OK.
None of these work.
Do any of the various ROMs work with no-passcode pairing?
Cheers
some don't ask you sometimes which is weird. try 8888 as well maybe?
actually, maybe 9999
Thank you VERY much, just tried 8888 and it worked
Fantastic thanks.
np, it's usually 1 of them (1111 as well)
I have a Microsoft IntelliMouse with BT that I use with my laptop.
I'd thought I should try and see how it works with my Transformer.I paired but then the Transformer asks for a PIN code (I tried both 0000 and 1234) but it doesn't have a PIN code. When connecting with the laptop i set it for no PIN code (can't be bothered trying to remember something so trivial).
While it will pair, it refuses to connect. Now, I can manage fine without the mouse but I'm curious as to why the Transformer requires the PIN when the laptop doesn't.
MS and Targus mice su**s.
try 0000 worked for me
I have one and it works great on my transformer and desktop.

My MS BT mouse works great. 0000 is the pin.

I think the OP is refering to the original intellimouse for bluetooth, metallic gray, takes two AA's and comes with a stupid blue dongle with a female micro usb port that plugs in to a silver base which is the male version so there was no way to use it in a laptop. That particular mouse was the first BT one that MS made, and it was made before the HID profile was standardized as i found out when i did some research. As it has no HID profile what it did was rely on the dongle to initiate a pairing request via the intellipoint software that came with the mouse (which i couldnt' even download for the longest time from the site). There was a whole thing about people with macs not being able to pair because the intellipoint software for mac wasn't updated to include that particular mouse.
TL|DR: If it was the very first intellimouse explorer for bluetooth, you can't pair it to any mobile device unless that device has the ability to pair without using a passkey.
Hello,
anyone had success in paring this mouse model on the i9300, my experience was: mouse is detected on the Bluetooth devices, it asks for a pin (tested 0000, 1234, 1111, 5555) but never gets connected.
Thanks,

Hello,
I have problem or maybe I just need a new pair of glasses, I have updated my HTC One S (Vallec) to this unofficial release:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2527962
and now I can not pair with my handsfree via bluetooth.
When i try to pair with it, it says incorrect PIN, but there is nowhere I can enter the PIN for pairing. Is there any way to enable PIN entry when pairing with device?
Thank you
I have a small bluetooth phone headset with three buttons and no displays or other controls. My LG G5 easily finds the device, but when i try to pair it says to confirm the 5-digit passkey. My device has a default passkey of '0000'. I have no way of modifying the passkey on the device, is there a way to modify the passkey that my phone generates and looks for? IOW, how do i change the passkey on the phone from a random 5-digit number to '0000'?
Thanks.
