Hi guys, I updated Opera Mini to version 6.1 and now it's displaying all web pages in ugly Lucida console font. Is there any way to change font?
+1 !!! , Thats a very ugly font xD ! , any way to change it?
Yeah, it is . There is only one way... Rollback to version 6.0, and everything will be OK . In Opera Mini 6.1 they added some kind of support for more font styles, but obviously they messed up...
lol.
yeah, they really messed it up.
I've rolled-back my opera mini version to 6.0 too. I got it from opera mobile store. unfortunately, they have'nt update the version.

Hi fellow X10 mini (pro) owners
We already know that there are problems with finding all apps and games, as most won't show in the market.
But now I want to install Launcher pro (which i found on their website) and it can't be installed.
Is there a way to change things to apps that they can be installed or is this a really a screen size problem for which it won't work?
Anybody els tried to install it?
It is only made for Android 2.1 and 2.2.
X10 is 1.6 (Donut).

thx guys, fair enough.
I should have known, but I'm so used to having 2.1 on my HTC hero now that I forgot that there was an older android on some phones.

Me too
try adwlauncher, works awesome on my X10mini
its free and you can download it on the market
have fun
I use Home++ beta which also works very good.
I recommend HelixLauncher Donut - works great
ADW and Helix works perfect.SlideScreen is interesting but need improve.
Well... Proclaiming that Helix Launcher works perfect is somewhat of an overstatement...
It brings two nice additions to the table:
1 - Several widgets on one screen (Allthough it is impossible to achieve good looks in doing this, since most widgets are not well adapted to the small screen)
2 - All apps on one long page in the drawer...
Everything else is equal or worse than the original SE homescreen. It is a little bit more laggy than the original (sometimes - definately not noticably smoother/faster at least), and you loose functionality like beeing able to uninstall app's easily (two-click operation on original) which you will be doing alot when playing around in the market...
If the 2.1 update from SE adds theme'ing, multiple widgets and the possibility of a one-page app drawer, then there will be no point in installing these third party home screens for any other reason than adding a little fiddle-around-effect.
But... Who needs a better reason anyway? Check them all out, that's what I say )
Just to let you know, I have x10 mini pro and it works like a charm! It actually made my phone just x100 time more beautiful and useful.
Looking at the x10 mini pro for my old man.
ticks many boxes
android
small
full qwerty
but not fond of Sonys UI
So could anyone test launcher pro from the market on one and post screen shots or stills please ?

Hi guys, I just bought a new x10 mini pro, and installed ADW and Desktop Visualizer. I really want to set my x10 up to look like the android phone 7 setup found here forum(.)xda-developers(.)com/showthread(.)php?t=781455, but the images are in the wrong aspect ratio for qvga. If someone could make the same icons which could work with a qvga resolution, that would be really cool. Thanks! Sorry if I'm being a noob...

Tried that too, seems like it's for HVGA devices. Icons are offset with those image files.

hi,
Its beem very nice to have custon roms in our devices, but its beem very hard to dont have an decent custon launcher ported to our devices.
But all troubles are gone!
Im using this in my wifes x10 mini with Mini CM android 2.2.1
I present a very nice finding, from Nexus foruns:
[Launcher] TouchWiz 3.0 [QVGA Fixed] Text in the appdrawer!
It brings an entire funcionality of one profissional launcher without the odd small bugs.
Here the ScreemShots:

but still, good work
Nice work dude
work's just fine taking a look on it, and deciding wether to use Launcher Pro, Arc Launcher or this one

It hides the 4th line aplications under dock.
I will add in first post.
Edit: Its just a matter of organization, i deleted previus versions.
The tip is to dont keep more than 12 icons in eatch screem.

Hello,
I tried out Beasty's ROM that was posted in this thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1084573
I really liked the speed of the ROM but I have one issue. When I installed Opera Mobile the font in that application looks strange. It's usually Arial I think in other ROM, but now it looks like some Asian version of English font.
Can anyone tell me how to fix this?
Thanks.
