Gingerbread is great, but that camera issue SUX. Froyo is awesome, but I had a lot of force close apps all the time! So I want to install newer firmware possible and do some hacks, like undervolt.
Mine is X10 Mini E10a debranded using Brazil´s 1237-9293 CDA.

No luck here using UK generic f/w but not in the UK. Mini Pro.
i just got my x10 mini on three branded today first thing i did was debrand it to uk generic with the build.prop all worked well gonna try this update now hope its there now is this for uk generic?

I can confirm that my mate got the update for his generic X10 today. However as of yet nothing on my Mrs X10 mini pro.
on a facebook answer se confirms that today(in a few hours) tha mini update will be ready for download
I wasn't able to wait this long knowing that a flashable 2.1 version was available
Seem like it's just for the X10, but not the mini yet...

pity i left my USB cable at my girlfriends lol, when i check for update via wifi it says an update is available but needs to be done from a PC, it MUST be 2.1!

We're waiting - tried update on phone and PC companion.
side note : can someone confirm 1237-0392 is the correct code for x10 mini e10i uk generic please.

my x10 mini pro still in version 2.0.A.0.504, and no updates from the sonny ericsson updater, to version 2.0.2.A.0.24, he say wich is my phone is up-to-date. Anyone know if it's a bug or is this right? He's rooted.

have u tried using SE Update Service software??? when i plug in my se x10 mini pro in it, it told me that my can still be update, i think the update is around 130mb something...

It seems that you have the newest version available for your country.
If you open your "/system/build.prop", there is a line starting "ro.semc.version.fs=WORLD-1-2-5"
You could try different versions, such as changing it to "ro.semc.version.fs=WORLD-1-8"
This should work but I haven't tried it.

Hi, i have a x10 mini from rogers with 2.1.0.a.0.47 firmware and phone says its the latest, but i need 2.1.1.a.0.6 for minicm6 and ive tried searching and all i find are e10i roms or other stuff.
if anyone has had success installing minicm6 on a rogers x10mini, id like to hear how you did it. Thank you
Tried updating from Sony Ericsson PC Companion or just the phone? Because you will need the program to find the update most likely.

i have seen that flashtool when i was searching the forums but it only provides firmwares for e10i and i have an e10a :S
its really confusing
the more im searching the forums, the more confused i get since everything is for e10i and i have e10a so how can i ever get cm6 if no one seems to have done it
have you found anything yet? just got the same phone and did the SEUS update to the same version you have. now i'm not sure where to go from here.
My guess, at this moment is that you guys have a branded X10 mini...
So your provider has to release you new version of baseband/kerel.
I read about people who change from a x10a to a x10i that were experiencing 3g connection problems. Maybe if you don't use the 3g (like me) you can always change to the x10i. If you're tired of the 3g less cellphone it is still possible to recover it through seus.
Please correct me if I'm wrong.

You can use SEUS or PC Companion to download/flash original rom on your phone.

Does it affect the phone language? and is your FW for x10 mini pro?
Does it include the regular google apps the default ones? cause mine doesn't have. and i don't want to use a custom ROM yet.

Its a stock firmware, directly from Google..
Using SEUS or PC Companion will make it stock..

i Just bricked my phone ended up in the white sony ericsson logo and keeps restarting.
i changed the build.prop and restarted my phone, then the situation occured, I Havent find any solutions to my problem yet...

I was wondering the same thing and searching over the internet i realized that 4.0.2.A.0.58 Firmware wasn't distributed in Latin America. Only users from Mexico got that distribution.
It is a ****, because i flashed my phone with that fuc**** mexican distribution and my phone its TOO SLOW , got lag, and works pretty bad. I think that i'm going to go back to 4.0.2.A.0.62, where my phone goes fine. I only flashed it to .58 because i wanted to root it, but if this is the price that i've to pay? NO WAY . I preffer to be an ordinary user with a fast phone .
