Anyone notice that using our phone as a music player to car over Bluetooth and even AUX sounds pretty terrible? Any fixes? My EVO shift sounded amazing over Bluetooth and AUX, practically cd quality.

Im confused, why wouldn't any headphone work?
I used my Kicker buds on them and they sound amazing.
If you buy kicker, buy from sonicelectronix.com and you get
free kicker ear buds most of the time. I love kicker wire.
I dont do anything else kicker.
Only some features work with My iBeats and Solo HD
Works:
play and pause
Voice commands
Make Previous Call
Doesn't Work
Volume Up and Down
Skip tracks

Just upgraded from vibrant and my beats solo Mic cord is not working with this phone. Anyone else get there's to work? When I plug it in its registered as a earphone device that may be the problem.
It's not compatible man bit annoying u can still answer calls with it gets but no volume control

Woow unbelievable.. there better be a fix for this soon or some 3rd party app. Not even wired headset fix worked. If I plug in the cord all the way I can hear the person on the phone, but the person can't hear me. If I don't click the cord all the way down "sometimes" they can hear me through the Mic, but I can't hear them. Can't believe a phone in 2012 is not compatible with such a huge commercial item.
Because it sucks and no one wants to use it anyway

Does that allow you to use your beats during phone calls? I could care less about using my phone as a music player, because i have another device for that, but using it as a headset for phone calls is crucial
I can answer calls with mine no problem

I tried shutting my phone off and it still doesn't work. I tried using the beats mic on my ipod touch and it works so i know the cord isn't bad. Also the headphones with the mic that came with the galaxy S 3 work as well.
In the car when plugged into the cigarette lighter, power amp keeps occasionally pausing. Anyone else have this problem or know how to solve it?

I was facing the same issue when using PowerAMP to stream audio in my car audio system via BT.
Kept pausing randomly.
Lemme see if this works!!
It sort of works, but I feel the in car charger may be a bit too much of a higher voltage.

Hey all
Does anyone else get a lot of hissing in the background when using headphones on the Note 2? If I have my ear buds plugged in, the second I load an app with audio like Google music, it kicks in. When playing Audible.com books or listening to quiet tracks on an album like the Skyrim soundtrack, the hiss can be almost as loud as the audio.
I am using a set of earbuds I got when I was still using an iPhone. They are House of Marley and pretty decent quality. This issue wasn't present on my iPhone or my GNex.
Thanks!

I've never had that issue... but I know in the 'Accessory' setting section there is some options for external speakers and being docked. Might be something there?
