Hi guys, I'm sorry for being at this again, but I want to know if there is a way to enable the Market on a wifi only Flyer?
Basically I'm in China and I can't get Zenonia 3 to open on my Flyer. I used an APK downloaded from my DHD.
I realise that there is no root for the flyer at this moment, so I can't use titanium back up or market enabler or 99 vpn. So does anybody have any ideas on how to get Zenonia 3/any other app working in a censored country?
Cheers,
Eric
hi
i am from saudi arabia and we dont have the paid market i just put the AT&T sim (or any US)sim on the device and all the paid apps showed up
You are going to need root to get full market access. There is no other way I'm afraid.
i have root but also can't access market , i don't know why i have alternative is GoMarket

When you return the Saudi sim ,can u still see your paid app or whatever you download using the AT&T sim ?

I've been able to use Market Unlocker to allow Paid apps to be purchased in my country but are there any downsides to this? When Paid apps are made available in my Country will I be able to download the apps I purchased on the Proxy market on my actual market or not?
Hello everyone.
I recently bought android phone HTC One X. I already rooted it and installed costum ROM (proud of myself). And now I want to install games. I live in Georgia, so I can not buy any payed app from google play. I started to find alternative ways.
For example I want to download MC3. I have APK file and SD Data to. It sais I have to put SD data in android/data/com.gameloftblablabla. But when I do this, it still says game has to be downloaded.
Can anyone help?
PLEASE?!
get "Market Enabler". I am pretty sure it is available on the play store, and allows people outside of North America to download apps only authorized for North America.
Thanks for answer. But unfortunately I'm not from State Georgia, I'm from Republic of Georgia (east europe). Any Ideas?
Yes, that is what I mean. Market Enabler is for use OUTSIDE of the United States. It will allow you to download anything you want from the play store. Check it out!

So I installed MarketAccess, and now it shows me paid apps. But I can't buy them. When I press buy, google play stops working. What's the problem?
So yea, I live in Egypt and I was trying to access the US market since the Egyptian market is terrible. I tried to remove the SIM, use wifi, and use Tunnelbear VPN with a US server which actually got my Play Store app tricked; it displayed the US market apps. But sadly when I tried to download stuff, it said I can't download those apps in my country. I have the Swedish JellyBean that was leaked a few days ago. So yea, how did they figure out I was still in Egypt? Any tips to bypass the country thing without doing anything illegal or rooting? Also, my gmail account has the US as the country of residence.
How comes u don't want to root? If u did u could install market enabler and access any countries market u wanted.

I will eventually root. My phone had some problems when I bought it (you can check my other thread about it) which "some how" got fixed in Jelly Bean. So I'm just waiting for a month or two to make sure that all those problems are gone...
So yea, either way, I'm just wondering why the trick didn't work. I mean, how else could they figure that I'm not in the US?
There's an app called Market Enabler which let's you do it but needs root, it changes your market region code which I imagine is what's stopping you.

As the poster above mentioned, I think it has to do with your google play app and also your account. I am in China, but from the US. The Chinese market does not exist, so my phone is using the HK firmware to get to the market. Really poor quality, and half the games are taking clothes off of Japanese girls (if I wanted to see naked girls there are better ways).
I tried using my VPN to get through but no luck. I tried creating a new account using my vpn, so it would assume I was in the US. Some luck with that (set up account with vpn and then use it with vpn). I also tried market enabler with mixed results.

So the solution was setting up an account using VPN.. Intriguing.. I wonder what would happen if I traveled to the US. Also, I am using the Swedish Jelly Bean version, does that mean that my firmware still shows Egypt since I bought the phone from here?
Hello everyone!
There was an app called Market Enabler that allowed you to unlock your market to certain carriers. For example I used the app to set my market to a Japanese cell company called SoftBank. When i activated the app it would make my market all in Japanese and told me all of the top free paid etc apps that would be in Japan.
Ever since there was an update to the market the app no longer works. I tried a few apps but they don't do the job. Tried setting and changing my phone model via a file called build but that doesn't seem to work, I can't even change my phones model.
Can anyone suggest an app like that? My phone is rooted, custom rom and everything. If the app is not free, that's totally fine.
Thanks you very much.

Recently I went out of the country, and had no network access. My girlfriend was trying to play some games from the Amazon app store that I purchased, but it yelled at her because we had no network access. Is there a way around this, to use the apps on my device that I got from the Amazon app store w/o having network access?
I hadn't used the device in some time, do you have to use it once in awhile to kind of keep the account active? Any information anyone can provide will be helpful. I'm from the US, and was in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic when I got the error. It happened during any apps I had downloaded previously from the Amazon App store, and was using my Motorola Xoom to play the apps.

Did you uninstall the Amazon Store app from your phone by any chance? If not, did you use a different Amazon account than the one you used to purchase your apps?
If both of the above are not true, I would suggest that you uninstall your current Amazon Store app, reboot your phone, install the latest Amazon Store app, and login with the account you used to purchase your apps assuming your account is still active. You need to have Internet connection to do it. Not sure if you're back to the states but you can give it a try or try it when you's back.
