Hi,
I got the unlock code from my provider (orange UK) but don't know how to enter code. I put non accepted sim card and it does not ask me for any code. But it shows sim blocked. I tried 10 different sim cards (working fine on other phones) but it says the same. Sim Blocked.
Do any body have an idea, how to enter unlock code.
Any words on this one please?????
How to insert the Unlock CODE into your Toshiba TG01
Insert a not accepted SIM Card and turn ON your Toshiba TG01.
Enter the Unlock Code you have.
Your Toshiba TG01 is now unlocked!
OR
Insert a not accepted SIM Card and turn ON your Toshiba TG01.
The display will show “Enter Network Unlock CODE ”.
Enter **00012* then 47369761 followed by Unlock CODE# you got then press the center menu key.
The display will now show “Done”.
Switch your Toshiba TG01 OFF and ON.
Your Toshiba TG01 is now unlocked!

I recieved code for Toshiba TG01 but when i insert a non accepted simcard it says...Sim blocked, i have tried proceedure mentioned above but no luck. I have kept mobile on for 6hrs but still have simlocked. I can navigate into the phone and change options but cant make call. Any help will be most welcome
what is the manufacturing/purchase date of your TG01?
did it come with WM6.1 or 6.5?

Hello Raymondtita, do you solved your problem with blocked sim?
You can check out {Mod edit} for the unlock instructions of your mobile. You can also use this site for the unlock instructions of all other mobiles too.
I descover that in our device we can try push the unlocking code more than 3 time. Never say is hard locked. In my TG01 I try like 10 times may be more just for try something. And everiting its OK.
Every time just say incorect password.
Just a information if someone are interesed.

Theoretically it could be, anti-theft protection, but who established it, but you??!!

I got a unlock code from UK and I try to unlock my TG01 orange UK but phone say me: Insert network PUK and in home: SIM BLOCKED.

You have your sim blocked. When you put more than 3 times wrong pin the sim card is locked and you need to put your puk to unlock the sim. Just find your puk code for the sim card normally it come with the card bid if you don have it just call your provider and tell them you wost your puk code or just you never had one.
For unlock the phone for other provider you need to quit your original sim card an put for other provider then you enter you unlocking code.

Network PUK is not the same as simcard PUK.
It looks like it's needed when someone has locked phone to use only with one simcard. This code can't be cleared by hardreset or new rom.

Thanks but with hard reset or flashing new rom, also in different language don't change this message: insert network puk

Big K, why 2 unlock codes? Where you found the second one?
Currently there is only one solution for SIM Blocked message. You have to use turbosim/xsim card.
I wrote a program that generates scripts for EasyClicker, which I run with MyMobiler. Entering codes this way is much faster than typing them on TG01. Unfortunately checking all 8-digit codes will take about 555 days
There is thread on some russian forum about network puk & G900. I'll try to find it and post it here.

Try to change sim cart for the same operator or different one . Then post every info about your phone. Witch company you bought? Where you bought it? Witch provider is original? and etc.... More info more possibility for help.

I bought the phone on ebay, in latvia and come with sim + tornado sim, no signal, ols sim, just for example. With my three usim phone don't work, now I received an UK sim from orange, all ok, phone work in roaming. I got the puk code from my orange UK account but this one don't deblock my phone with other sim card. So, now I'm waiting for the Orange answer about my sim block. When I have news I post here. You need the sim ulock code. The cheapest is from [email protected] wit 10 pound send from pay pal and 25min late you have your unlocking code.
Be careful when you use sim like a turbo sim, usim and etc....
If You ask orange for network puk they will answer about sim card puk that You already have.

bojan6, I have unlock code from Vitamise, but I can't enter it. I have to enter Network PUK first, then probably I'll be able to enter unlock code. So gino70, if You buy code from Vitamise it will be useless unless You enter Network PUK.

I have a Vitamise code but doesn't work. I think unlock sim and sim blocked are two different thinks, two level of phone blocking.

Because I saw that the turbo sim can break your phone with time.
That strange because a lot of people had their code from this guy and me to.
And if you put your orange sim card and its work the problem is not coming from the mobile. Chek the sim you use not from orange the other one. I think that is the problem. Try with sim from other providers and dont use turbo sim or other similar with it. Then post here what's happen.

And you are sure you have the correct unlocking code? When you asc for your unlocking code vitamise you give him the correct IMEI and original provider.
Can you post what error msg you have when you put the code?

I have a strange problem with my phone. Hope someone will be able to help me.
I was not sure if my phone is unlocked when I came on holiday. Bought and put a different provider sim card and there was no signal. Also showed nothing to type unlocking code, so I thought that maybe something with a new sim card is wrong.
I bought a second card from another provider to be sure. On the screen appeared: enter sim network unlock code or something like that. ok so I have to unlock.
Now the strangest thing. when I put back my old sim card (o2), on the screen appeared again: enter sim network unlock code!
Since then I can not use the phone because it still asks for the unlock code.
I tried to change the soft but still do not have signal and no longer asks for the unlock code. anyone know how to force a window to enter the code?
I tried unlocking code from a cellunlocker but not working and and when i switched on my mobile is showing invalid SIM card.
someone has any ideas of what i can do with it?

Does anyone have any idea how can i unlock my orange nura? it is working only with orange sim cards and i want to use it with a different mobile operator.
I can make it by installing a new frimeware? or a program where i put the imei and it generates a code to unlock it? Do you have any of these?
