Battery History app, partial wake usage - HTC EVO 3D

Recently my wake time in the battery history shows a continuous blue tick which means something is using my cpu cycles. This is with wifi and screen off.
Spare parts does not work and I wanted to know if there was any way to check out the partial wake usuage with any apps out there. Battery history would do a force close in spare parts and spare parts plus

[Q] energy saving bug?

Hi,
i noticed that if i flag the energy saving option and set a value (for example 30%) for activation an icon appears on the taskbar telling me that the energy saving option is active, even if the battery is full charged, and it remains active.
Moreover when battery go under 30% the phone alerts me that the energy saving configuration will be set, and changes some phone settings like screen brightness and screen timreout values (15 seconds).
when the phone is in charge it alerts me that the energy saving confguration will be turned off BUT
- the icon still remains in the taskbar set as active
- the values set (brightness and screen timeout) remains the ones setted by energy saving and do not go back to the values chosen by me.
Anyone has the same problem?
Thank you
I don't know if that option/setting really does something but I have it on at 70% level. But as soon as I plug my AC charger in it says Power Saving Mode Suspended and turns back on when I unplug the charger. But as I set it to 70% battery level it doesn't bother me until the phone reaches 70% or less.
Regards.

[Q] Sleep/awake

Hey, at times, I have noticed that when I go to check my battery status, the "awake" part shows as a completely solid bar. That means there are lots of applications running in the background zapping my battery power. I have tried using task killers to stop those applications, but it still shows my phone being awake all the time, even though I have had my screen off for most of it. I think I read somewhere that when the phone has the screen off for a while, it would put itself in idle mode, shutting down other applications to save battery, that that never happens to me. I press the power button and the screen turns off, but that is the only battery saving I am doing with that. Is there any way I can put the phone into a sleep like state when I want? I do not want to turn my phone off all the time as I obviously need to use it, but I just do not want that much battery loss when I have the screen off. Thanks in advance for your help!
install betterbatterystats and bad ass battery monitor and find the app that sucks battery. disable or uninstall that app.

Random "Wake Up" Problem

Hello, for a few days now, I have noticed that my Prime will wake itself up randomly for almost no reason. It will be locked and sitting on my desk then suddenly the screen will pop on and do nothing. It is annoying since it is killing my battery since I have the screen set to stay on for 5 min. I am rooted on the .28 update, but it was happening before on.21 also. I have better battery stats installed also to monitor wake locks and it is registering allot, but I don't know what they mean, or how to stop them. Anyone else have this same problem, or a way to fix it? I will upload a screenshot from better battery stats shortly.
UPDATE: Just after posting this I left the tablet sitting and allowed it to do its wake ups whenever it wanted without touching it, then after about 15-20 cycles of sleep to awake, it came on with an android os window full screened in the background, a smaller battery warning in front of that, and on the top was the power down window that appears when you shutdown. Weird thing is the tablet is almost fully charged, and when I powered back on it had the same battery it did before freaking out and thinking it was dead.
NOTE: In the screenshot I have Samba Network file sharing open, this is normally not active when I am having the random wake ups, I just opened it to upload the screenshot from my pc.

Browsers battery drain even with screen off

Hi everybody
I have seen since I have lollipop that its new way to measure battery consumption reveals that browsers are major battery drainers. This is the case of all I have tried: chrome Atlas samsungs lightning...
All of them seems to be consuming data and battery even after screen is off. For example I have 4h of connection in samsungs browser but only 2 hours of screen and having used the browser for less than 15 minutes. This makes the browser to be the top battery drainer.
Even if I hibernate it everytime it is still draining battery when screen is off. I've been careful to touch button hibernate and screen off everytime and I've checked samsungs browser got off... But even doing so they are top consumers
Any hint on this?
Best regards and thanks
PS: similar thing happens with YouTube which after being hibernate it's still in background. Smart remote the same which is hibernated everytime even if I haven't opened it ... Any idea?

BetterBatteryStats - Display Wakelock?

I've been comparing a few apps on my OnePlus 6T, to see which one seems to be the best at identifying battery problems.
The ones I've been testing are: Wakelock Detector [LITE], GSAM and BetterBatteryStats.
The only one that actually seems to work right now is WLD. I keep having issues where the Display won't turn off, on the lock screen, home screen anywhere. I can't see any way to see this in GSAM or BBS. In WLD at has a tab for CPU and Display, both times I've had this issue once today was a football goal alerting app and previously it was a TV streaming app.
Both times the apps were closed (guessing running in the background though) but still somehow managed to cause the display to stay awake for longer than the default minute that is set in the phone settings (appeared to be permanently turned on, until I hit the lock button).
I've checked *every* tab and dropdown in GSAM and BBS, and it nowhere does it appear to show apps that keep the screen awake, I can see CPU etc. am I doing something wrong? I've seen quite a few people say not to use Wakelock Detector as it hasn't been updated for years (which is correct) but it's the only one that seems to be working for me.
How can I see this in BBS, or should I be using another app entirely?
Still getting display wakelocks from everything.
Was happening just now, WLD said it was YouTube. As soon as I get rid of YouTube from the recents switcher, the screen goes to sleep.
1. Why does only WLD appear to know it's YouTube causing the issue?
2. *Why* would YouTube be doing this, is there a way I can stop it?
