Hi,
I unloacked the bootloader and tried to get the gingerbread update using the method here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1159320, but it didn't find any update.
Now I want to use my old MotoBlur account, but when I try to set up the MotoBlur account I get the message:
"An error has occured. Please try again"
I still have the ability to change the MotoBlur server. Which is the regular server?
I curently have the 1.8.3 version, and I tried flashing the 1.5.7 version to restore everything, but when connecting my phone in RDS mode to the computer and running RDSLite, the phone is recognized but all the device details are in "N/A" status and I can't click the "Start" button.
Do you know what I can do to set up my MotoBlur account back (or to remove the ability to change the MotoBlur serer)?
Thanks,
Amir
I was able to flash 1.83 from another computer. thanks

hi guys
I changed the sim card from my AT&T Atrix 4G...
when it reboot, it says
''SIM card is removed or changed. Log in your MOTOBLUR account to unlock.''
I register a motoblur account to unlock my phone...
unfortunately, it says
''Your username or password is incorrect. Please check them and try again.''
I had tried several times and it failed. I also check the account on pc and the ID and password are correct.
I can't use the phone...what should i do
I would flash 1.2.6 see if that fixes it. It should fix it. Then just update to what you want to.
AT&T ATRIX - VERSION 2.3.4 ROOTED BL UNLOCKED
Stuck at MotoBlur login (Atrix latest OS version 4.5.9)
Hello:
Have a similar issue with a recent Atrix I purchased unlocked and unaware I couldn't just drop my sim chip in and start using the phone.
Here is the background:
Put my ATT sim in new Atrix.
Noticed the MotoBlur login screen.
Researched how to bypass login (ALT e twice, "blurroff")
setup WiFi connectivity
updated OS from 2.2.2 to 4.5.9
Still get MotoBlur login.
Is there a way to delete the MotoBlur account (which I guess belongs to whoever unlocked the phone)?
Any step by step help would be appreciated.
Thank you.
Im using Alien ROM 4 and not only did it let me bypass the blursetup but I have been using the phone for about a month with NO blur account on it wat all! I have the option still to set up my blur account, but Im not going to and I can use the phone like normal and never have blur on it. I have a blur account, but dont want to use it. So if Alien is an option for you, give that a try!
Thanks for the suggestion about Alien ROM
Any links you can suggest so I can follow step by step for Alien ROM 4?

Hello everyone!
Couple of days ago I upgraded from a HTC Aria to a second hand Atrix 4G.
I have been researching the threads to familiarize my self with the phone, but at this point I am stuck, confused, tired and frustrated and I could use your help.
1.The phone is stuck on the Motoblur sign up screen. I tried a few things (including the fastboot method) but I am unable to bypass it. The phone is currently Motoblur locked by the email(which I have) and the password of the previous owner. I also registered for MotoCast ID, but it said that there is no phone registered with this account. Is there a way to switch Motoblur accounts?
2. The phone comes with Bell's 2.3.6. As far as I understand there is a way to root it, but is there a way to unlock the bootloader.
3. If the above fails, can I safely revert back to 2.3.4, so I can unlock, root, flash CM7 and get rid of that awful BLUR?
Thank you in advance!
maybe you can look at this: http://geekaphone.com/video/wXDj-h1DEAM/Motorola-ATRIX-4G-(Motoblur-Bypass)
or http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1356121
I tried this, but I don't have the Motoblur activation screen as shown on the video. I guess the reason is because it has already been activated under the account of the previous owner, who is unable to remember the password.
1. Is there a way to delete/replace the existing Motoblur account?
Since I am unable to reset that password , i thought I can unlock the bootloader root and install a custom rom without Motoblur. The problem is that the phone is running Bell's 2.3.6. and all the tutorials that I've seen are for 2.3.4.
2.Is there a way to safely unlock 2.3.6. or to downgrade back to 2.3.4?
preforming a hard reset on the device will allow you to set up a new blur account and use the phone.
hold vol down while powering up the device untill you see fastboot, use vol down to cycle through to android recovery and vol up to select it.
press both vol up and down at the same time when you see the android on the screen, vol down to wipe data and power to select it.
Hi there
I'm looking for some help on bypassing FRP for a Samsung Galaxy A3. Reason being is the phone was reset back to factory settings but on turning it on again after inputting the Wi-fi details, I'm greeted with a Samsung account box saying something like "this was an abnormal reset please enter details". The original problem was that I forgot the Samsung account password and thought this would remove it. At the time the AOL email address was not receiving the password reset email which is why the weird reset. To actually reset the phone, I looked on YouTube and did the way via Google Account Manager.
Anyway, to fix the problem, I read on other areas about something called Odin and managed to get other stock firmwares (UK 3G v5 and 6 of Android) but none worked to bypass this reactivation lock. Obviously the easy fix would be to log into the Samsung account and I eventually did by resetting the password (came 1 day later) but when I enter the correct details, I'm greeted with a "Processing failed" message.
I looked on YouTube again and did some RealTerm stuff which nearly worked but I could not open a browser as the phone said something about "for security". Patched I assume?
So basically is there anyway to remove FRP via some method or software that is not patched? The phone has none of this rooting or anything, I could barely understand how Odin worked. It's as stock as you would get from a shop. Ideally some software where I put the phone into Download mode, connect the USB and click "Disable FRP"?
Thank you

Here's a thought. You said that it took a whole day to get the new password from Samsung. Whenever I have asked for a reset like that, the new password was only good for anywhere between 10 minutes to a few hours. If it was delayed, I had to start the process over.
Could this be the problem you're having?
