Hey i know re ...... what is adb ... but in this post i hve to overclock using setcpu... but the max is 600mhz...
How to install flash player.....
I know it is not there but there is no way.??
There is a pretty old site called google for questions. Try it out once in a while.
Stop spamming the forums with repeated questions.
To your question about adb, I had already replied to a different post you had created yesterday. What is the point of asking the same questions again and again without checking the responses to your previous posts.
Having read 3 of the threads you have created in the last 2 days(all of them very similar), you seem like a guy out to exploit the goodwill of other users on this forum and one who is incapable of following even the simplest of instructions.
And
Please don't create a new thread asking for the expansion of 'adb'.

For clear instructions, read the following thread -

And if you still can't understand the instructions, re-read it till you finally come to terms with it.

You need the following stuff:
1) root (can get it via z4root, SuperOneClick, Gingerbreak)
2) custom recovery (ClockworkMod, AmonRA)
3) custom ROM - froyo or gb based (devoid.franco, void#echo, megatron, CM7 by mik_os, GingerBread by andy)
If you are looking for performance, I'd suggest you to flash devoid.franco, andy's GB or mik_os CM7. Read the feedback from users on each thread and flash the ROM that suits you best.
Instructions how to install different stuff you can get on each developer's thread.

Please reply quickly as i really want to install this rom QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE ASAP
Find the CM10 thread in Development, download the rom & put it on your internal/external SD card (or use the Odin version if there is one if you prefer). Either way, follow the install instructions on the first page of the thread to the letter. Done.
No need for anyone to give you numpty instructions here when they're already in that thread.

i have know idea if its this one:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2036229
if it is
how do i install it cause it says : First time installing CyanogenMod 10.1 to your Galaxy S II, or coming from another ROM:
- Make sure you're NOT RUNNING A KERNEL WITH THE MMC-SUPERBRICK-BUG. If you're unsure, flash this ClockworkMod-Recovery using Odin/Heimdall.
i have know idea what that means
please give me a noob guide
Search and read for yourself. There is absolutely no need to ask this kind of questions, because the info is obviously already out here.

Seriously, no offence but the info you're looking for is pretty easy to find. Just use the search button and read the threads/stickies. If you don't know what you're doing, reconsidder if you're really are going to flash a custom rom.

Stop been ridiculous. There is plenty of info and guides your just been lazy and want spoon feeding.

These people should read, read and read more, for at least 3 days before even attempting to flash a rom. Would prevent a lot of Bricked phone topics :/

(1) Read this and the stickies guide in Generel section
(2) There is no "best" rom
(3) You cannot root a phone with cyanogenmod or any other rom respectivly, a rom does not root!
(4) After reading you should be able to answer all your questions by yourself, otherwise do not root or flash anything.

for rooting just follow the guides, yes, I guess the easiest option is cf-autoroot (will keep your stock recovery, also read the instructions in the cf-autoroot thread). Afrer that you can choose yourself what recovery you want. In addition cf-root6.4 is not considered SDS safe as it flashes an older recovery.
