Is there a way of unlocking the Bell Atrix Bootloader yet? I keep checking back everyday, but I havent seen anything about the bell atrix. Just wondering if anyone has managed to unlock their bootloader from bell or if it is possible at the moment.
Thanks.
i have also tried to unlock the bootloader with the posted instructions and received a FAIL notification from RDS Lite for my BELL ATRIX. anybody have an update on this issue?
Thank You

I guess all us canadian Atrix users will have to wait it out. It sucks, I'm starting to lose all interest in my atrix.
Bell Atrix catching up?
Just in case you haven't come across this yet, pudding is now available for our Bell Atrix as well, let the bootloader unlocking begin!!!

It's the low ram problem. The system will only see ~300MB of physical ram.

See all those phones listed? Guess what? They all have locked bootloaders! You don't have to have an unlocked bootloader to have a bootstrap!
What this means is if you hose your phone you'll be able to get to the bootstrap for recovery. With the hacked version we have now there is no key combination to get into the bootstrap.
Mike
What I see in the screenshot says RAZR... so does it mean the GSM model?
It it's true, it's a good news for all European and Asian users!

Atrix got the bootloader unlocked so there is still hope
If noobs on the Atrix would follow installation instructions properly we would have an unlock bl for the razr and other motorola phones however.
When noobs dont follow instructions, it increases costs for motorola because they have to pay for customer service and so on

Offended noob here!
Has anyone actually selected the RAZR? I did, and it is just a confirmation that you have installed Cwm, it doesn't actually flash anything. Just letting you all know, and there are no roms to install.

I wouldn't get too excited about this. The X2 has been in that list for months and still isn't supported. Perhaps support will come for the Razr but like I said........
Why is CWM not supported for RAZR?

Yes and yes. You will lose root and you will get locked. Unlock it the same way you unlocked it now....If you buy a unlock code from your service provider than it will be forevermore...

Both procedures are fairly simple. Read the instructions well have a good idea of what and how you are going to do the procedure.
AND when you use Odin make sure repartition is NOT ticked!!!!!!! NOT ticked.
Thats it good luck
Any way to kill that update notification? Keeps asking every 3 hours....

Try Settings -> About device -> Software update and switch off Auto update and then reboot. Might work though I'm not positive because the phone already knows there's an update now. Alternatively, install it!

not sure if this will help us not having a RUU but here it is
Last line of the article:
As far as we know, no one's tried to flash the Developer Edition RUU onto a retail HTC One. We wouldn't recommend it.

This is a probably a good recommendation as far as I understand it anyway. Without super cid (which most current methods require s-off) this probably won't be of any use to att branded devices unfortunately
I can't believe the att base ruu hasn't popped up somewhere yet... It's almost crazy to me..
Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk 2
Don't see what would really matter... The developer edition isnt different from the international or att. Just has more radio bands enabled and came with an unlocked boatloader/SIM and a different CID to identify it as the developer phone...
Flashing an RUU wont work, but flashing thru recovery the system and boot wouldn't brick the phone.

Well they effectively did nothing then haha. The 32GB unlocked already runs the exact same software as the dev edition (1.29.1540.3). Only difference is the unlocked bootloader, but that can be done from htcdev.com on the 32GB unlocked.

The S-OFF is the part that interests me.
If he's s-off and super cid then he'd be able to flash any ruu he wanted. There are usually a handful that accidentally come that way, and they usually pop up and are key to the rest of us getting it.. so hopefully he's sharing his system info with the correct people

Hmm, wonder if it shipped like that or if flashing this to his 32GB unlocked gave him S-OFF. US 32GB unlocked comes with S-ON.
i need a stock ruu im trying to revert it back to original
my base band is 4A.18.3263.15
and hboot 8064
Help please my phones stuck like this i had tried to do it but the ruu was wrong after i had locked it using the command prompt

question is if i root my device or install custom rom ,can i access my carrier?is there any possibilities brick my phone?
can i install MIUI Rom for my device
please suggest stable and supported rom for my device
roms do not affect network lock. flashing a new rom will not unlock your phone if thats what you mean and also it will not give you a feature your network provider doesn't support. you can flash any rom built for this phone but there are always chance or brick if not done right. do alot of research and read all the guides before you start and take your time, the worst thing is to rush it and brick your phone
