I just received my Roocase (http://goo.gl/Lclq9)from Amazon and this is my review
First impressions -
First impressions is that it's a pretty good case covers the tablet while still providing openings for all her ports.
Quality-
The quality of this case is pretty good has a good sturdy feel to it doesn't feel cheep or too thin that being said it doesn't feel too think either... so overall pretty good on quality
MY few problems
Flap opens downward making it somewhat awkward to open but once you but it back ( Could use a clip or something) it is fine ( would of liked to see like an iPad smart cover like how it opens on the side)
Sometimes part of the front camera is blocked
Overall i would recommend this case to others and if you act quickly ( read really soon) you can score all the roocases for a really good discount
** Pic's and video review coming shortly **

DISCLAIMER: This is my first Tablet and also my first case, so I have nothing to compare it against. Also, I am Norwegian, so please excuse my spelling/grammar. I am a new poster, so I am not allowed to post outside links yet. This means you will have to look at this thread for the eBay link.
Now, on to the review.
I received my case today, after ordering it on July 16th. The seller on eBay indicates 15-20 days delivery from China, so no complaints there.
Since I've only had it a few hours, I will try to update this review at some point in the future to account for usage.
The overall design of this case is very nice. It allows for 2 viewing angles in landscape mode; Upright for video viewing etc., and close to flat for typing and suchlike. Both do their job very well.
Rather than go on and on, I will just try to list the positive and negative aspects encountered so far.
I hae not taken any pictures of it yet, but the images in the eBay link from the thread mention above, do a good job as it is.
Positive:
Professional looking - You would probably not (at least I wouldn't) be embarrassed to pull this out in a meeting.
Nice material - The material of the case is thin and light, so it does not add much bulk to your TF. It does, however, seem to offer nice protection for the pad.
Quality craftsmanship - Stitching seems to be of nice quality. The edges feel soft, and does not cut into your hands while holding it.
Good fit - The pad slips nicely into the case, and stays there. The lower edge (in landscape) is fastened with a Velcro strip, so I can't see any way of the pad slipping out.
Good grip - Makes the pad easier to hold one-handed in portrait mode. Very nice for reading.
Easy access to all ports/buttons/cameras - The cut-outs fit perfectly.
Negative:
Magnet locking - I would normally put this in the positive section, but the locking magnets seem to interfere with the compass (read: compass does not work at all). This is not a problem for me, but I thought I'd mention it.
Dirt - Material seems to attract dirt. I'm not quite sure how much of a problem my fingerprints will be yet, but I see it as a possible irritation in the future.
Wishes:
These aren't big enough that I'd call them problems with the case, but would have been nice additions.
Protection for the buttons/ports - It would have been nice to have some flaps that would block access to the ports and buttons. While they are all protected by being quite far below the edges of the case, I can still see me accidentally pushing the buttons while carrying it. Ports could also accumulate dirt from bags or deep pockets.
Portrait stand - Some design feature that would let the pad stand in portrait mode would also have been nice. I can't,off the top of my head, think of a way to do this with the slim/light-weight design though.
Pocket for screen cleaning cloth - There is space enough for something like this without adding to the bulk of the device, and I hate fingerprints.
Verdict:
I am very happy with this case. It fits the criteria I had when looking for one, namely: Light and slim. There are other options that look quite interesting, like the FolioGuard, but they look too bulky for my tastes.
As stated in the disclaimer, this is my first review of any case, but I hope it has been informative. I will try to update it in the future, especially if I encounter any problems.
There was a screen protector included in the eBay sale. I have not tried this and probably will not review it, as I've nothing against which to compare. Although much hilarity can be had from reading its instructions.
Good review do you have the dock by chance and if so how does it work with that
Good job
Sent from my HTC Desire CDMA
Thanks for posting this review. Very well done. I have one on order but would still love to see some photos of it, especially in the stand and typing modes. I wonder how stable it is in those modes.
Good review but with the compass i thought it was the magnets in my case because i just got it and updated it to 3.2 but it is actually a 3.2 problem not a problem with the case.
Lots of people have been mentioning that their compass has bee not working since updating to 3.2
Great Review. I just received mine also and was going to write up something similar.
I actually ordred the slim fit RooCase in the meantime because I thought this was going to take too long to get to me.
I didn't care for the Sikai personally. I found it too flimsy especially after using the RooCase first. I'll probably sell mine forward.
Nice review.
Just curious which case is heavier between the Sikai and Roocase slim?
I don't have the Sikai...but it is microfiber so I'm willing to bet that it is lighter than the Roocase Slim (I have the Blurex which is the same thing).
video review
Hey, here's a video review of it.

Any strong chemical smells? Does it close nicely?
Yeah it closes well and no smells
I've tried this Targus one:

Good for the price and with padding, but a little too much room so I got the John Lewis D30 sleeve:

Tight fit, so you have to use the pull tab to remove the Prime, but nicely made so I like it
Purchased the SiKai MicroFiber case for the Lenovo IdeaPad K1 Tablet. Delivery was within the UK and didn't take too long, about 5 days including the weekend.
I paid £15.19 delivered from Ebay UK Item number: 200647561882
The case is made from a strange type of plastic material, it's quite soft and flexible. Am kind of glad rather than faux leather. It is very thin and light, but seems sturdy enough to protect the tablet around the house. I have a 10" netbook bag that I keep it in when travelling to add extra protection.
I like it since it makes it easy to carry around with you and doesn't add bulk to it. I would say the case is lighter than my official HP Touchpad case and similar in strength, although a different material. I can only compare it to the ROOCASE Multi-Angle Leather Case and can say it is much thinner and lighter than that.
There is only one angle that the case allows for, but since it is an Android tablet you can flip the whole thing round and get a lower angle. Its fine for watching at night when streaming video so its not an issue for me.
Price wise the only options available to me at the time were the faux leather ones for about £9.99 or the official case from the Lenovo website coming in at a hefty £34.99 once you add the crazy £10 delivery charge! Not many options in the UK unfortunately but am glad I did some research and found this case.
Other things that you might notice in the photos (sorry poor camera phone ones) there is a place to put a pen, all cut outs seem correct and I love the fact that I can charge it without having the case open, also the hdmi port is free.
Not sure how long it will last but considering the few days usage of it, the minor things like the tablet can slide a tiny bit inside the case so would have preferred a tighter fit (although will try and adjust the velcro again that closes once you slip the tablet inside), the cut out by the front facing button could be a bit lower, and the magnetic clasps to be quite weak I will give this case an 8/10 and can recommend it.

great case! I bought this sikai case too and actually prefer it more than the original lenovo K1 case.
This covers all ports, and also has a great microfiber texture that is slightly grippy, while remaining smooth to the touch. does not attract dust at all and keeps the K1 snug (if it feels loose, readjust the velcro tighter).
recommended!
Yeh have tightened it a bit more, doesn't move as much.... Glad I chose this over the cheaper cases and the official one which was more than double the cost here in the UK.
Can't believe how dead this forum is for this tablet, going to see if there are anymore forums with more support....
Just got this tab last week and love it so far. Looking for a good case but hate the leather, faux leather look.
Please let me know if you find more forums as I have looked and am surprised how little I've found....
I know of one other decent one, google "lenovo community K1"

Cool will do.
This case is pretty good if you want something thin and light, there are stronger/more protective cases out there but they add bulk and I don't want that since I use this round the house...... Still glad I bought this case and find it better in that respect to the Roocase.....
Thanks, will google what you said.....
Got the SiKai for my TPT. Everyting else looks bulky in comparison. It is extremely thin (I''ve tried a lot of gadget cases over the years), and although it's screamingly vinyl, it doesn't look really cheap since it fits so well. Leather like this might come off as over-the-top (not that I wouldn't probably sucker into that if I could find it). It's got the seam around the edge where it cushions a drop, and the magnetic closure on the flap is a great touch, not too powerful, but it stays closed well enough.
My gripes are with the screen cover flap: it leaves two stripes on my matte screen protector where the fold places rub off the grease I thought I cleaned off last night, it doesn't hold the tablet vertical enough to really use, and it's busy looking on the front. If I had a choice in the design, I would leave off the "stand" capabilities and leave it flat. If it's open, it's really floppy; it would be easier to manage if it were entirely rigid. I might add a hide-able tether & a knob/button so you could stand it up on its other edge more vertically instead.
All in all, for the price I paid (US$26-ish), I'm very happy with it. If Piel Frama comes up with something, though, I might check that out, if only to drool. I still love my old Wizard case, and my Advantage case from them, too. Very lovely, solid product, and they've been keeping customers happy for a long time.
Addendum: After a couple of months with it, mine is holding together just fine. I had to trim a bit of vinyl fringe, butvall vinyl does that ( it frays a bit after it's freshly cut, but after you trim it once, unless it's cut really crooked, you're done). I have noticed that after a bit of stretching from the daily+ in & out I do to use the dock, it's loose enough to partially obscure the rear camera, not to mention trying to take pics with the flap cover is a huge PITA. If I used this camera a lot, I'd be totally fed up with this case. I may also be melting a bigger hole for the speaker (whch is hard-core disappointing to begin with). All in all, though, that's it for my complaints, which is pretty rare for me.I plan on cloud storage sync and a great cam on my next phone to use the tab for pviewing,
To be fair the official HP Touchpad case does the same thing to my Touchpad so it's one of those things.
I use the same case for my Thinkpad Tablet, and it's the best I've encountered so far, albeit with some flaws of it's own: Some of the stitching on the inside of the cover is already beginning to fall apart after ~1 Month of usage :-/
Stitching has been fine on mine, maybe tell the reseller to exchange it?
Wow cool.... but its little bit expensive
Ordered this for the 4th Gen HD7's I got for my kids.

Initial impressions:
- Good fit overall, but the back part, the flat side, seems a bit loose, almost "flappy" if that makes sense. However, fit on the sides and fronts are perfect and the tablet is not loose inside the case.
- Retains button functionality without issue (i.e. don't have to press harder to go "through" the case) and port cutouts are perfect
- The built in redirected speaker ports (sound redirected the front) make a HUGE difference
- Good texture; size of casemakes the tablet "fatter" for better gripping by the kiddos
- Seems like it would provide decent drop protection; however, not willing to test that
- Possible con yet to be seen: it's all silicone; my past experience with all silicone cases is that they are dust magnets and eventually "stretch" out and get loose. Luckily, they are washable. So, we'll see on this as time goes on.
The silicone case looks great, but the price is a bit expersive, I need a cheaper one.
it looks chunky and childish. i bought one called hotcool ultra slim, it works great, it protects and it has smart wake and sleep feature.
Hello dear all
I had the chance to get my hands on a very nice product, it is called the RhinoShield, which is case for our Galaxy S7.
I'd like to share with you a short review from my experience I had since the last days I was using it. At this point I also wanted to say a big thanks to RhinoShield for sending this to me for a review!
Review:
I really like the fact that the back isn't covered, so you can still feel your device as it is in your hand. I know that this can be a dealbreaker as well in case you want to cover the back of the phone too. As already mentioned, the case looks really nice with a very minimal design in a good way, so the designers did a good job there. And even with such a minimal design you will still be able to have a good drop protection, as the case has bigger edges then the phone. So when you lay the phone on the table, nothing else will touch the table then the case, same for the front and back.
In my daily usage I am very confident with the bumper case and I will probably stick to it for a while. I hope you got a little idea about this new awesome case! Down below I listed the pros and cons in a list:
Positive Points:
- Very minimal
- Good locking
- Perfect when you want to feel your devices back even with a case
- Phone lays on the case (on a table) and not on the camera
- Protected from drops
- If your phone would crash frontwise, it will land on the case and not on the display
- Phone still feels good while holding
Negative Points:
- Back of the phone isn't protected
