If it exists (which it does for all flash memory in existence), it can be reached.
Whether you'll ever reach it in the duration of your ownership of the device, that's a whole other question.
Can you Post Questions in the New Galaxy Q&A Forum Thanks

Hi guys,
I just flashed to CM 10.1, however the battery page is broken, I can't see it properly and I don't know which apps consume the highest percentage of the battery life. Did I flash correctly?
Let me know what details I need to provide to help you assist me. I have been a contributor in terms of money for developers here (since I am a developer myself), let me know how I can provide monetary help to the CM 10.1 guys too.
Best regards,
weiyang

My Korean version, Samsung galaxy note SHV-E160S is running very slow. Any suggestion for imprvement
Hi,
I will have your thread moved to your device section.
Some advice, make sure you have lots of available space. If you're running out of space, it can cause lots of issues. Uninstall unused apps, especially games. Also, see what's running in app settings. Android is meant to run with most ram used up, but if it is running with too little available, that can cause issues too. And last, a clean fresh install of stock or your rom can always help clean things up.
Good luck!

Usually it's caused by some apps or settings using the CPU, RAM and internet connection in the background.
Sometimes it's just a special firmware (kernel/ROM/modem/etc.).
Hard to say in general.
So please check the Galaxy Note GT-N7000 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting > [FAQ] [Q&A] [Noob Friendly] HELP THREAD - POST ALL YOUR SUPPORT QUESTIONS HERE thread.
Although it's not exactly for your device, it's for a very similar one.
And you may ask your question in the Galaxy Note GT-N7000 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting forum.
But keep in mind to provide more detailed information (about your current firmware version, your system settings, your apps, etc.) to get better help and advices.

You won't get any answer unless you give us more info.
What's your rom ? How did you root it ?
Maybe you flashed a custom ROM which was for p4wifi(wifi-only type)
If you rooted using cwm/twrp flashing a zip file then I don't know why should that happen.
As Orionbell37 said you should give more info
Rooting TAB 10.1 P7500
yes i did not realize that I had flashed it with a wifi rom.
i almost bricked it when i tried to undo this.
However i managed to re-load the stock rom and then re-flash it with omni rom with 4.4.4.
thanks for the assistance
