Hello,
I want to delete all Samsung hubs and some of there apps.
Is there any way to do it.
Thanks.
Just install titanium pro and freeze the apps you don't like, but beware, there are some apps that the phone needs to run

See link in my sig,
The one that says SGS2 Apps safe to remove.
But yes they can all be removed.
You will need root and titanium backup (easiest way) or you can just remove the apks using root explorer or equivalent.
Know i'm trying it.
Thanks guys you are the best

It comes pre-installed the market says it has an update , and then a lot of the text is in Russian, even after a wipe it comes back.
It says on android market it`s only for the Russian subscribers , it has a few comments saying it malware.

same problem here.. :/ ... i removed it with titanium backup and root permissions ... but the icon is still in my app drawer -.-
By the way.. titanium showed it in red color, as being a system app... noone know who the hell has put this app in our devices ?
No idea what it exactly is but in appbrain it shows as social hub and on the market as the Russian thing.
Did you remove it bro ?
And no way to remove even the icon in the app drawer ?
I didn't remove Social hub, but you need to reboot before the changes take place.
The problem is that it ISN'T social hub .. :/
I still have social hub.. but i removed this MTS.

I installed a lovely new rom (AGABEY) and went onto Play Store and noticed there was an app called MTC by OJSC Mobile Telesystems.
I understand it may be down to either Samsung or the Developer of the rom to query this but I searched and had no joy.
Has any one came across this and managed to remove it?

if you're rooted, you can freeze or uninstall it via titanium backup
That would be the app for Russia only would it ???
Been listed since GB 2.3.3 .

Me too.
This came up for me too, last night, but I'm running stock Touchwiz/gingerbread 2.3.3.
I've rooted and unlocked my phone and have Clockworkmod but that's it.
Phone is a gt-i9100m running KG2. Carrier is Virgin Canada.
I'm more concerned about why this is came up. The app of course wants every permission in the book. Has my carrier, or phone, been compromised?
I'm super paranoid about giving Superuser. The only app with an automatic Accept is Terminal Emulator. So it's not some rogue root usage causing this.
Turns out this is a bug in the market, where carrier-provided apps on your phone will confuse the market into thinking they are a different, existing Market application.
Unsure whether doing this update would replace the carrier-provided app, whichever it is, with this strange Russian one..
Google "Karoges" for more details on a similar issue, where a test app shows up in place of the stock Samsung video player.
Regardless of whether this is harmless or a potential vector for attack, it needs to be resolved on Google Play's end. I submitted a Bug feedback, please do the same if you come across this!

I noticed that test app aswell. I tried a few apps with freezing. (Rom Toolbox) but that didn't display it. I will give Titanium a go but I have a feeling it won't display the two apps (Unless you have had success then thank you!).
Only time you really notice it is when your on the new Google Play with the two options in "My Apps". "Installed" and "All".
I have not seen it since 2.3.3 but then again i have no stock rom since then .
Is it actually on your phone if so it should be locatable on a rooted phone .

I'm experiencing the samr issue... Can't uninstall it even with Titanium Backup, it does not appear in the apps intalled list....

I deleted the 'AP mobile' App but this is still in my apps list waiting for an update. Its strange that I couldn't see this in my installed apps list from the Google Play Store, but an update is waiting.
The only app from OJSC Mobile Telesystems in the app store is their MTS Voicemail+ app, which is russian language only. May be the default voicemail app on my phone is bugged.
Update:
It doesnt install even if you download.
This has just turned up on my GS2 (Tmobile UK) , I can't get rid of it and I'm not rooted . Would appreciate some help in getting rid of this, as I think it is a virus.
It has appeared in my updates too, seems a lot of people have it turning up in the google play store to be updated. I just flagged it also!

Russian app appeared after I installed sever gallery apps... Hope we can remove it...
Got this in my phone with XWLP2 also. Along with this I have Testfile by SFUKUDA in my installed app list.
This app appeared too in my google play store. Deleting the social hub app (there are two, the one with the little blue icon was the right one i think) with titanium backup removed this of my apps list. Hope this helps

Aye this worked for me too. Removed the samsung social hub app with titanium backup. It is indeed the one with an envelop icon with a little blue S on it
How can non-rooted users delete those 2 apps?
Is there a way to temp root my phone? So I can delete them with titanium?
Dodgy looking OJSC Mobile Telesystems app

Freezing the social hub (rather than removing it) seems to be good enough to persuade the unwanted app to disappear from Google Play.
I presume this is popping up because we've installed an Eastern European ROM
(Polish in my case) in our haste to get ICS?
[/edit] Or not, since various GB folk are seeing it too.....
Got my 32 in the mail today and immediately unlocked bootloader, twrp, and rooted with no problems. went right to titanium backup and froze all the garbage bloatware so I don't have to look at that junk polluting my gorgeous new screen! Love this phone already!
For someone who is pretty new to the whole unlocking and rooting process, is it pretty simple? I read that you could loose the flashlight and calculator, did it happen to you?
If you lose it, just go and install a rom!

I didn't lose any apps when I unlocked my bootloader. I did have to install the flashlight.apk, but I don't remember having it even before I unlocked

Didn't lose Calculator, don't recall having a flashlight app... but yeah Rooted, unlocked, CWM. No ROM yet though, holding out for AOKP
same as everybody else. It is easy as long as you can follow directions! I didn't have the flashlight app or a ringtone maker to start and no, I didn't lose the calculator. There is a ton of apps and dashboard switches you can download to replace any stock things you may lose though.

Not if they're frozen. If you try to uninstall them they will reappear after a reboot because of the way the system is protected. Using a custom kernel or installing a custom ROM that has the apps removed are the only ways to completely get rid of them right now I think, but freezing them is good enough for me.
Why not just disable them through the regular app manager?

This goes back to freezing them. That's the safest way you can "eliminate" junk apps without jacking up your phone. No need to search for a "safe list". You can use Titanium Backup or Rom Toolbox to freeze apps.
Same here. first thing I did once I had root was to freeze at&t's preinstalled bull****. Add tasker and gsam battery, I'm good to go for the time being while waiting for ROMs to shake out all the bugs.

How did you disable? Just selecting disable on the app info?

I normally use Titanium Backup to remove bloatware and was shocked when I rebooted my phone and they all came back. I know you can freeze with TiBu if you have the paid version but I am cheap. It isn't that they don't deserve it, I was close to purchasing it before I found Bloatware Freezer Free.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lukemovement.bloatwarefreezer.free - works perfectly.

Yes I disabled them all via the app info...
There is a flashable tweak that removes the bloat. And it sticks after reboot. I don't remember what it's called or who did it... Been a month since. I did it. But it is here on XDA.

you can remove this, if you want

Google Play Movies & TV (video player, there's so much option and better),
Google search(safe to remove., but you'll never better than this, so i recommend, keep it)
Google+(save to remove, if you need it, keep it, if not, it's safe removed
LG Tag+ (some kind like tag editor, should be safe)
Olleh app. (keep it, never heard it)
Olleh cs ( keep it, never heard it)
Olleh Market (like playstore i think, if you doesn't have playstore on your device, don't remove it)
Olleh Navi (it's like Google map, n safe to removed)
Olleh Touch Navi (it's like Google map, n safe to removed)
Talk (same like Google+)

Freeze for now
I highly recommend freezing the apps you wish to remove in Titanium Backup Pro first and then use the device for a few days to ensure there are no unwanted side effects. Some of the devices functions may rely on an app you choose to remove, even if it isn't obvious. The advantage to a freeze is simply that it will not start on boot up, nor will any of it's processes run in the background, and it is removed from the app drawer as well as any shortcuts will not show up. After that, you can choose to wipe the data and uninstall should you have no issues with an apps removal. You can also save a backup in TB Pro just in case.
Chrome, Google+, and Hangouts are safe to remove. Did this on my GS4.
Thanks all for the reply.
Actually i rooted my phone some months ago and than i deleted(not uninstalled) the Google chrome. I restarted my phone but unfortunately it stucked on the LG Logo while booting. Then I go to repair shop and he cost me 35 Dollars for repairing it.
Now I want to root it again and therefore I need serious replies from the experienced people. I don't wan to make my phone damaged again.
Hello
I accidentally removed the smart remote apk before making a backup using titanium backup because it was force closing.
Seems I may have been a little premature.
Could somebody post the apk for me please?
Thanks in advance!!

You can download it from the Galaxy apps application on the Note 4, just type in the name when you open up the app
