Unfortunately...No
Miui requires armv7 but U20i has an MSM7227 600mhz processor, which is only an armv6 compatible chipset...but some months before Owain94 promised an Miui ROM for us, but he had gone away long time ago...

the reason we cant have MIUI is that it is closed source otherwise it would have been ported it was like flash it was armv7 and closed source so couldn't be ported with out source code

You can port it with a mountain smali and baksmali hacks
Porting the rom is hard but resize every picture is the hardest part
since it is based on cyanogenmod just take cm ROM smali and baksmali every MIUI related line in the frameworks resize all the pictures really all of them
enjoy
if you want to port it i will tell you don't to much work for some pixels...
