How do i change the interface/theme of the menus?
I've tried using UOT Kitchen but it didnt change it.

Try different themes... See the screenshots attached to know more, that is if it changes your menu screen or not...
Are you talking about the preview in UOT K?

Check out the themes & apps sub forum of our galaxy ace... You'll find many themes that you can try..

I have a AT&T 8525 i've downloaded some themes but i don't know how to install them & is there ne more sites where i can find some nice tweaks and software.

I already saw it in the themes roll-up thread (without the settings.apk) and am running it now. The text is black on that one.
Am sorry I overlooked this theme in arunmcops collection and posted a seperate thread....

Hold on, the settings.apk wasn't ported on the other one, nor was it a flashable zip.
Edit : found some quirks : still several blue pngs here and there, the charging animation just goes 4-5-4-5... The sim keypad looks great though.

Can you fix the battery meter (1%) and charging animation ? I see the icons in res/mdpi, but the corresponding xml is not adjusted.
I'd do it myself if I knew more about the data structure. Any hints ?

i was reading about creating a theme for a ROM
and this is what i could do :
Decompile / compile system UI and Framework-res
that wasn't hard but my problem was :
i openend the Apk after decomp. and i opened my mouth throw off my keyboard and deleted every thing
all tutorials shows you someone who decompile edit a picture and that's all :/
i want to :
Theme status bar / notification center / settings / and many things like My files / downloads
Please help ! i just want to know what PNGS are for these ^ and if i need any thing else
by the way, if you can sugest me any good edditing application i will be realy thankfull

Can you check this one http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2203166 ? and actually there's not a correct or bad way , all of should be good but they differ in the way how they are explained .

I'm not expert on making custom UI -Actually I've never made one before- .
Anyway ..you can mess a little bit but like an expert .... try to find if there is any code related to the items like wifi or location then see what this code do then try to edit it a little bit to suit your needs then add another item <item>GPS</item>..
Or you can just decompile s5 systemUI and see how the have made it .
