PS1 and N64 sure...but PS2? No. The dreamcast is a big fat maybe, but I doubt it.
I'm sure the CPU could be emulated, but, I doubt it would be at a speed fast enough to play... Proof of concept PS2 emulators have been around for years. I haven't looked into it in a real long time, perhaps I am wrong.
EDIT: After googling for 4 seconds I found that the Dreamcast uses a 64-bit Hitachi SH4 CPU @ 200mHz and a 128-bit 100 MHz NEC PowerVR 2DC GPU. Since the Snapdragon is 32-bit that would pose a tremendous performance penalty to emulate....though 200mHz vs 1.2gHz might make that work out. The Adreno could definintely handle the GPU load..
The PS2 CPU is another beast all together.
PS2 emulator probably wont hit until next year (if it ever hits).
What happened to the Dreamcast emulator that was on the market briefly last year?

Has anyone got that game working with our phones yet? if so how well does it run?
It's not even out yet.
I don't see it on the android market, are you?

In the comments several people have mentioned the S II, and one mentioned they could run THD games with no visual drawbacks.
I'd say looking for Tegra openGL emulator is worth a shot OP.

Damn.. not coming to the xperia play then...

not enough, even pc cant emulate PS3, the emulators just said that wait for 10 years or so before they can emulate games on PS3. They can make it but the computers speed and technology arent enough to emulate PS3 games. Dont mistake me for the specs of the PS3, the idea is, how fast can our PC convert those languages to our PC which needs alot of CPU speed.

XDA DEVS are the most talented guys in the Planet when it comes for Android platform,i know that a lot of Devs have been creating such amazing apps and mods for years, so it comes to mind that they created a lot of GBA emulators and Atari consoles emulators on Android devices but why not the PSP?? i strongly think that THE GALAXY S3 can HANDLE "Any" Psp game because of obvious reasons Ram-QuadCore Processor HD display-Battery life-Etc!!Please Any thoughts speak your mind below. Thanks guys!
i have a galaxy s3 and if i have a psp emulator for it ... i think i am never going to sell it
untill ps2 or ps vita emulator comes out ... and mah device cant handel it ....

Interesting idea must say.

It would be awesome if we could play patapon on our S3! ^^
This would be near impossible as no PSP games support multi-core functionality. Also, to emulate a key part of an OS is ridiculous. Even if they did make it work, it will run extremely slowly. Most emulators require at least 6-10 times the processing power of the original device. If you took the PSP-1000 (Phat PSP) which is 333MHz, and multiplied it by 6-10, you need a single core running at least 2GHz to 3.3GHz.

Umm no. Not any time soon. There isn't even a pc emulator for the psp around and no one seems interested mostly because every subsequent psp game comes with a higher firmware requirement which would be a pain in the ass for devs to crack every time.

Epsxe after 4 years of hiatus they came back and they made epsxe app on Android i think they're headed to make PS2 games run on high-end Devices like the Galaxy S3.let's just just hope it's right.
EDIT:
Gameloft released an update today that fixed most of the Tegra lag that most of us were running into. I'm glad to see the company responding to criticism.
OP:
Gameloft's much-anticipated foray into the world of Unreal graphics was released today... and it absolutely sucks on the TF201 with JB. It is so laggy that it is almost unplayable.
If you've got $7 bucks to spend on an action/adventure game, go with Horn.
Runs very smooth with ics oced to 1.7ghz. Some textures could be better upclose but is looking good overall and no lag.

Couldn't find the right enough words to describe how true this is, and taking into consideration most of the biggest titles of Android games comes from Game loft. Just when you thought that this tablet isn't bad enough, game loft ditches tegra optimizations

I actually think gameloft intentionally makes it run bad on tegra3 because they don't want tegra zone to get big and successful. Its infuriating!

And its not even like you have to optimize that much. There are tons of games from small developers that run on all phones perfectly

I suppose that might be true but with optimizations for Tegra would mean that they've won out a huge share of the market that has capable hardware and they would've already won half the battle

I've got to say that it's a good thing that they had this updated for Tegra, but I've noticed that they've disabled all the shader graphics and sword swinging effects for the Tegra version, take a look at this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Q051U1nzjM&feature=youtube_gdata_player and notice the effects when the player swings the sword
Edit;
As from the Note 2 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=avQPCv9ki8k&feature=youtube_gdata_player full graphics are enabled as well, so it's just for the Tegra 3 that gameloft has disabled special effects
like it
make fun
See, this is the issue with the Tegra3 SoC. On one hand you have some great games developed for it (mainly by Madfinger) but on the other hand, other developers are taking effects out of their games in order to get their content to play smoothly on Tegra3 devices.

Really, one core? Which CPU monitor are you using? That seems really kind of ridiculous since all Android phones made in the last 2 years have 2 cores. The only devices that I know of that's come out in the last year that has a single core is the Intel based ones.
Anyone know if Wild Blood supports sixaxxis/ps3 controller natively? I recently downloaded Dungeon Hunter 3 and it works flawlessly with a PS3 Controller (i'm not rooted!). Thanks in advance for anyone who answers!

I've got a Logitech F710 that works with most games that support controllers natively, but it doesn't work on Wild Blood.
My laptop runs the same 1.5gh quad core like the DNA but its AMD vs Qualcomm. What makes the amd much more powerful?
I mean I can run ps2 and Wii emulators on the amd and can't on the Qualcomm (well basically cause there is no ps2 or Wii android emulator and couldn't test.)

X86 or 64 bit platform vs arm architecture for mobile which is what we use. Our processor is significantly smaller than a pc processor also. The die is probably about 1/4 of the size.

To put it simply, clock speed and # of cores are far from the only things that affect performance.

Exactly, remember we had 3.0+ GHz pentium 4s almost 10 years ago! So there are lot of other things that affect the performance apart from the speed. 1.5Ghz doesn't mean much by itself. That's one reason why apple doesn't advertise processor speeds with iphones and ipads but processor models/families.
I think mainly it has to do with the architecture of the cpu, in which they are totally different. Another thing to consider is the software, most pc apps are compiled to run natively, where as android in a sense has an emulator where it is compiling the code on the fly (the dalvik engine, which is Google's way of getting around licensing to oracle) so that is going to take "longer" to process when running apps.
