is there an app for gingerbread that can change the transition animation for the homescreen on a sense based? I already know ADW can do it with in its own application but any other alternatives?

If you use Mikshift there is a version for 3D Sense 3.0 rosie
If you use MikShifted-G I have a version released with the 3d Rosie and widgets, but if your still on mikshift 1.1(Froyo Build) then there are metamorphs you can use as some type of animations I just forget what all they do It's been a while since using them

Onelove has a flashable zip for rosie only, system apps needed to be removed and replaced in my version to get widgets

Okay i have metamorph installed and i wanna know what files do i need to install to change the way my screen animates? Example im on my sense homescreen and i swipe my finger to the left to go to the next page and my screen animates like a 3d cube ect.

I know the metamorph files that we used to use was for mikshift froyo im not sure if they will work on the MikShiftedG or not or if there is a carousel one for metamorph.you can check at themikmik under mishift themes and mods and see what they got and if they will work

Strapped already said it. He has a rom on themikmik with the 3D carousel rosie.apk just wipe and flash his

The Widgets? If you purchased the app, and your not getting the full package, contact the developer of launcher pro. That issue is out of my hands.

long press on the dock shortcut you would like to edit, change the shortcut, then choose launcherpro icons and there will be icons for the sense dock.

Hi Dan, I checked there, but there was no icon for the app drawer up arrow for the right side. Also, there is no icon that has the + sign. Any ideas?
Re more dock icons... before flashing this theme, i had been using simply galaxy and just extracted the launcher pro apk from this, removed the one I had and installed.
I'm pretty sure I had more icons that way if anyone wants to try that method. I remember more left and right choices... I'm running the flash now on bi and no need to redo it but... if you are seeking more icons, this may be an option

Is it still the sense LP? Can you give the link to the simply galaxy? http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=973208 The one here shows that it has Touch Wiz and the Gingerbread launcher.
I had used the sense lp from this thread on simply.galaxy.... it doesn't come with it.

So I am trying to get a transparent Rosie dock going for my BAMF 2.4.1 install but it isn't turning out well. I replaced the necessary files but the button backgrounds still aren't transparent. Are there any other locations for these images besides the HTC framework apk? Here is a screen shot so you can see whats going on.

Is there a way I can keep all the aspects of sense except the dock and home screens? I'm running Thunderstick 3D which I LOVE! I was running CM7 with Go Launcher and I guess the ability to add home screens and the multiple docks spoiled me. Is there a ROM out that is like this or a MOD? Or any type of trick I can use to easily tweak this?
You can install any alternate home launcher or dock on any sense rom. Just download and install from the market.

I want to replace the sense dock at the bottom of the screen, all I see are replacements for launcher docks or pop-up docks....

Launcher Pro will replace all the sense stuff...right? I've looked in MODs and have only found different looking versions of the sense app docks. They all still have just the three "buttons".

The 2 mods I'm talking about are home screen rotation to landscape which would be great for car docking. And Control over number of home screens cause I don't need 7.
I know Sense based tablets allow for landscape rotation just wish this could be done on the phone version.
Is this possible? I would use Sense if this could be done.

I dont think it can add/remove homescreen but it have landscape rosie.

You should try a sense 3.5 Rom to add remove homescreens.
This mod will make the rosie launcher 4 columns by 5 rows making better use of the screen real estate. HTC didnt make this default for whatever reason and there was just way too much empty space... But this mod makes it much much better.
As always nandroid backup! But you already knew that right...

Actually yes, but the problem with that is 3rd party widgets won't render correctly. They will always show up to the left or right, not centered. The sense widgets render fine though.

it worked
It worked for me on meanROM! It added a large amount of shortcut space... now I can have more shortcuts next to my Sense clock widget on my home screen!
I suggest that one performs a backup of their /system first. Just in case something goes wrong or one wants to switch back.
Perhaps you could provide a zip that undoes these changes for those that may want to revert?
Thanks for this mod! I hope it gets integrated in the other 2.17 based ROMs.
