I booked a flight from tomorrow 7:30PM to Saturday 6PM and put it in my calendar on the exchange server. It shows in my agenda view on the EVO as an all day event although it starts at 7:30 PM. I'd like to have it show that it starts at 7:30 PM - not as an all day event. I also want it to show on Saturday for 6PM however it requires me to make 3 calendar events - departure day, business during the week and an ending time if I want it to show properly on my agenda view. If there is a way around this I'm interested.

Why can't I find where the week view is in Hero? This was a option in Dream, and in the Heros manual, it says that I can choose from month, week, day and agenda view..
And when I choose which calendars I want to sync with google calendar on the web, some of my calendars don't show on the phone. And the other way around. There is a "My calendar" on the phone which don't appear on the web.
Syncing events in the calenders that do appear in both places, is no problem..
What is the problem?
I've had the phone almost a week, and the other calendars just wont show up. It did show up on my Dream.
One of my google calendars just wouldnt show up. In the end I just created a new one and edited the events to be on that one.
I have added some all day events to my calender and I disabled the alarm sound. But my HTC Hero keeps giving audible notifications at 2 o'clock in the morning. For now I deleted my all day events. By the way, the all day events are generated by Lotus Notes and synchronised with my phone. Does anyone recognizes this problem and knows a solution?
Everytime when i sync the gmail calender to my andriod phone, the phone always sync only a few month (about 3 month) to my phone.
how to make the phone can sync longer calender history to my phone?

I have 2 old events that i not going but it still appear in S-Planner
The 2 old events will appear at the time i sync the calender with Facebook.
For example, I sync it at 9am , 18-Sept-2012, The time for that 2 events is at 9am , 18-Sept-2012.
Any solution for this?
When I update a recurring meeting in my exchange agenda on the pc, this adjustment does not appear on my phone. When I do the same for a regular appointment this appointment is changed on the phone after a few seconds. I am using Google agenda and native lg agenda, but same thing happens. Did anybody notice the same?
Mine seems to works fine on both apps.
