This theme is basically the icons from Froyo of the Original Galaxy S which look more saturated than those of the Vibrant which colors look washed out (compare Contacts and Messaging icons). This theme also gives it the Navy blue color to the pop-up boxes.
More will be added soon (currently working on a HTC/TW Mix theme)

I applied it...its amazing. Its mods ten apps mainly their icons. The framework and twframework and the touchwiz are hard to screenshot cuz its minor diffs but ill take a few screens and post them.
Ok it mods these 10 files:
Browser, Email, TouchWizCalendar, Mms, framework-res, twframework-res, TouchWiz30Launcher, DialerTabActivity, Camera and Contacts
Ive attched some screens for you all. Try to take notice of the ten modded items.

I really like what changes here. Are you planning on giving us the darker 3G/E/G icons as well?

Anyone else getting a force close on the "change brightness" in settings?
Can you eliminate the glossy blue of the dialer and replace it with that nice navy blue?

Yeah, stock J16. Cleared dalvik and fixed permissions, still getting fc on change brightness in settings. I went through all the settings and got fc on the vibration intensity as well. Not too big of a deal since I don't change it. Weird bug on my phone I guess...
It's something else you've done, no FC's on brightness. The only time that happened is with MobileAP (and if you flash the wrong one it can happen too)
So would this be fine with bionix fusion 1.1?

tossing that in would make things more complete.
So I found this theme on the Evo thread by Abu and I really would like to use this theme. I am pretty new to this whole thing and was wondering if that is possible to get on the vibrant. here is the theme.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=842460
If anyone could help or point me in the right direction I would much appreciate it. Thank You!
Also, the one on the evo is used with the cyanogen mod, does this matter or is it possible to make it work with Nero?
That's tight, would like to see this happen too
Looking at the theme, its a flashable zip that replaces the framework-res.apk, and several system apk with themed ones. Theoretically the drawables in the framework-res.apk could be used on the vibrant, but I don't think the xml's and the system apps would work. If you're just looking for the status bar being modded, that could easily be made into a metamorph. But all the other stuff would take more time and effort.

Yea I wad able to get some of it over vis theme injector but what I really want is the status bar, phone skin and keyboard, I cannot seem to figure out how to get. those

I've been going crazy trying to find a thread or a link to the market (I mean Play Store...screw it, Im still calling it market) but I cannot find this theme anywhere. I was just searching for themes around the web a little while ago to see if there were some good ICS themes that werent in the market. I found this one that is really awesome, beautifully done and I even think it added the ICS transition effects. I cant remember where I downloaded it from. It could even be a theme thats in the market. I want to figure this out because if this is a theme still getting worked on, I want to know about updates. And if it is a paid app in the Market, I want to pay for it. So if anyone has any clue about what theme this is, I will be very grateful. Maybe some of you are using the same theme.
I dont have much to go on, but the theme is a transparent theme. Almost all of the backgrounds in stock apps and third party apps are semi transparent and shows the home screen wallpaper. The default battery icon is a circular icon. And I'm attaching a screenshot of what it shows in theme chooser.
Again, if anyone knows what theme this is, maybe you can link me to where I can find it. Thanks everyone.
That pic isn't the greatest...but I think that might be the ICS launcher. Its really isn't the greatest launcher choice but its the closest I've seen to the full ics layout. I know you were looking for a theme, but that may be better.

Thanks. But I'm talking about a CM7 THEME that you install through the Theme Chooser. Not a launcher. The screenshot is just to show what the theme chooser shows when applying it. I know its not much but if anyone needs more screenshots to determine the theme, let me know and what to take a screenshot of.

Heres a few more. The dialer, Settings menu, and a popup notification. The background in those screenshots is just my home screen wallpaper. its not part of the theme.
When you pull apart a cm7 theme apk and repackage it, it will show up blank in theme chooser. Sooo.... it could be anybodies. Check and see in Play to see if it matches other ics themes. It might be sonnys. (Yeah, I totally said Play instead of Market.)
Hmm havent found one that allows that level of transparency.
Ill keep looking.
I'm starting to think now it might be a theme someone took and made changes too like was said. I looked in /data/app/ and saw the apk labeled as "com.uotkitchen.theme.icsandwichtransp026build318-1.apk". This theme should be available somewhere. Too bad I cant find where I downloaded it from. Its a very nicely done theme. I cant stress that enough. And it DOES add ICS transistions.

Anyone know how change the white background to black in HTC's stock messaging app? Also, is there a way to do it in the web browser as well without inverting the colors?
Thanks,
Matt

not that i know of Matt , unless you use none stock messaging apps form the market like Handcent SMS or GO SMS PRO those are my fav to use but now i use TouchPal Contacts i like the feel n look of it
hope i helped in a small way if so hit thanks
I think you can decompile the messaging.apk and edit that way, but you would need knowledge of how to theme (which I have none of)
Sent from my HTC_Amaze_4G using xda premium
Thanks, yeah I tried handcent but not really feelin' it. Lovin' stock except for that bright ass background at night. lol
I wish I knew how to theme!
You can unzip the apk file, mod it and rezip.
I might do it later if I get some time to.
Ask rachelm920. I known her work since we both owned MotoCliqs. She might have an idea of how it can be done.

I will also look at it... It's probably just hex color codes in the apks xml files

Someone upload a stock de-odexed mms.apk file for me please, so I can look into this, I'm still on the stock odexed file, if you're on stock odex then I'll go ahead with my file, or just do a zip with mine.

Thank you kind sir, now to find the damn tool I forgot to download to decompile this and not unzip.
hello, i really dont like the style of the boring standard CM7 messaging app (sms/mms) so iv been looking around for an ICS themed one, iv found a few but none of them are for the atrix, and i also dont want to use gosms or any apps like that i just want to theme the standard CM7 app by replacing the Mms.apk
i was just wondering if anyone could port this theme for the atrix somehow? http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1629138
i would like the 2nd picture down the ICS themes one, heres is the download for the .APK that needs porting: http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=1061346&d=1337038589
i also think a lot of other people would prefer this theme!
thanks! :fingers-crossed:
It does not need to be ported, I installed it and it is working well
