I've searched and searched but to no avail!
I'm looking for the magic smoke live wallpapers (that I used to have on my HTC Desire).
I've searched many threads here, but not got any of them working -

I just keep getting 'app not installed' messages when I attempt the installation.
Has anyone got it working?

Hi all and sorry for what may seem to be a noob question.
Ive just installed a custom rom which doesn't have any live wallpapers, so i downloaded deep sea.apk from google and ive downloaded some 3rd party ones from the play store but i cant seem to use them as i don't have a live wallpaper option.
would appreciate it if someone could tell me how to get it working, well thats if its possible.

Hello everyone, for a while I'm wanting to create live wallpapers, after weeks of searching and weeks of trying out various things (The LWP creator found on XDA etc) I've figured out all of them are not really working with the latest phone's, and lastest screen resolutions.
So , I was wondering if any one could help me or teach me how to create live wallpapers, for the latest screen resolutions, or just compatible with all.
What I want is to create a "Gif-like" android LWP.
If anyone could help it would be great, like I said before : I looked around a lot and didn't found anything that's up-to date.

Hey guys, new to the board here. I been searching this topic, and have found similar issues but none with a fix. Here is the problem: When I open links to view amazon items that my brother has shared with me via text, it just opens the browser for viewing. Why can't it open it on the amazon mobile app like eBay? Zedge does the same thing. Is there a way to fix this ? its more of an annoyance then anything else, but i do wish i can get some help from you guys. My experience goes as far as rooting and installing roms, so hopefully this doesn't require nothing more then i can do. My brother gets the same problem with ebay, which i never had a problem with, ebay has always opened share links via the ebay app. any help is appreciated. my device is galaxy nexus cdma, with root access, and running aokp jb-mr1 milestone.

I just flashed my Galaxy Note 8.0 (N5100) with the latest version of slimkat. After installing Facebook application, in Facebook News Feed, I cannot read any update written by my friends. This is because the background color is black and the font color is black as well. Has anyone encounter this before and how do I fix this? I have tried to search through Google and xda forum but could not find any solution. I am still a newbie at this and I am trying to find my way around. I hope anybody can help me with the issue. Any advise is greatly appreciated.
Hey guys, I am new here, also i have never before developed for arduino. And my problem begins here, I tried to make a code that will send packs from android to arduino using DataGram but it didn't work, my app kept crashing, so I searched online and found a couple ready examples which kept crashing as well. From what I gather the problem comes from the use of android 4+ device.
Could you help or give me some example code to study and see whats wrong? Thanks a lot!
