Nice, Thanks.
Superb!!!
More please
old version is the best for me lol !
keep going..............
cheers
Boot animations aren't relative to the handset (Within reason) and all 800x480 bootanimation.zip files should work. Therefore this should work on all firmwares given that you're running an appropriate kernel
It was nice until i saw "Simply the best.." lol

Yes, but i don't thing other Androphones want's a boot loader with " Galaxy S2 Simply the best " slogan, lol
nice boot-animation there, could you make one without " simply the best " logo.
and please move this to Themes and Applications thread.
For the CWM version i just "install zip via SD" right? because it didn't work in Cognition 1.15 even though the change log says it's supported. Now I have no logo though haha, that'll do I guess.
good work!!: D: D: D: D: D thanks
I need root for this right?
Sent from my GT-I9100M using XDA App

Ok try this one, hope is the one that I downloaded from facebook. There was another one from this forum some guy trying the same thing, but I am not sure if is the same. I did not try it, so proceed with care.
Do i have to install in CWM or i have to extract it and copy to system/app?

of course, you can use both methods, but the zip is to be installed in recovery. Should work on CWM or xRecovery the same. But as I said, I am not sure it works, anyway, I did not test it, proceed with care , have first a backup.

Just renaming the file to RAM Script or some random script name would do....
this is gonna prank someone
OMG Thats Epic!!! Why didn't you post it before 1st April?
I know, but updater-script (when flashing in cwm) says fake factory reset. I've attached one with different updater-script so it says ramscript. Include it in OP

Hi, months ago i made one from the jb leak (i just took pics, moved them into folders and created a new desc.txt to get a working bootanim), available here : http://ge.tt/api/1/files/4TZI58R/31/blob?download
It's a flashable .zip then you can flash or extract it if you want.

I was modifying my post when you answered.
It's a flashable .zip, so you've the choice.

I flashed it, it's displaying but the problem is it's not animating. The blur stuck on the upper left.
I flashed it again but not any problem appeared. Try to flash it again and if there is still this problem, make a photo if you can.
edit : Ok sorry it was a test bootanim. lol
Right boot animation : http://ge.tt/api/1/files/4TZI58R/31/blob?download
I guess there's a problem, when finished I flashed the zip, it automatically reboots when its about to finish and ddint say its finished or what.
For the reboot that's normal.
I wrote "Redémarrage..." at the end, "reboot" in french and on the update-script of the bootanimations i modified, i added a run_program("/sbin/reboot"); to automatically reboot.
As i said it was my fault, i gave you the link of my test bootanimation, not the right which is working.
hahahaha okay a test, anyways thank you
The new one works good ?

Great it works! Thanks bro!
I've whipped up a Google Play edition boot animation, with full rotation.
If you look at the original boot animation from google, you will realize its does not have a full rotation of the "flower". Focus on the yellow dot:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
It only goes around halfway before starting over. If you're neurotic like me, this makes your skin crawl
This animation has been edited to have a full rotation:
The dots go all the way around now! :victory:
To install:
For Google Edition/AOSP ROMs, flash this:
https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B7r1gfrm1vXoTmRvNzdYSFVSYXc
For TouchWiz based roms, flash this.
https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B7r1gfrm1vXoVEpqcGktTU9LVlE
Credits goes to dankoman for bringing us the bootanimation zip so that I could recompile it into qmg's, and to sgosiaco for bringing the original HTC One M8 / Galaxy S5 version down to our phone's resolution and posting it over on reddit, and a BIG thanks to Tylorw1 for helping me create a version for TouchWiz ROMs.
Oh, and as always, if you want to use this in your ROM or whatever just drop me a PM and credit me for it
Happy flashing!
hmm never noticed this. now it bothers me lol. thanks!

Not a problem. Did you flash it, or push the qmg's into your system manually?
hmm. I flashed it on Stock rooted NC!1. It works, but the animation is really slow. Any ideas?

It is. By default TouchWiz ROMs run boot animations at nearly 1/3 of the speed as the Google Edition ROM I run. I am currently working on getting to work fully.

Try the new TW edition I have posted in the OP

Scroll your mouse over the the top of the white box and a little control bar will come down. There will be a little download icon on it. Click that and it will download. :good:
It will only work if you are signed into your Google account though.
All I get is a black screen on TW KitKat 4.4.4
Xperia SP Android Marshmallow Themed Bootlogos/Splashscreens at 720x1280.
Choose one,
Rename it to "logo.rle" and place it in /data/data.

Hi,
Sorry, but i'm new here. Could you teach how to change splash screen like you said above? I'm already rooted and now using RR Marshmallow Rom, with helium kernel.
To tell you the truth, i had no idea on how to change / create setting in helium kernel to change splash screen. Appreciate it if you can guide me or point out a link to some guide.
Thanks.

First, Thank you for your hard work bro .
Does it work on CM13 no kernal installed (I meant does it required something installed in the kernal or it would work on the stock CM kernal )
