[PORT]Bootanimations(20 Animations)(With Update.zips) - Galaxy 3 Themes and Apps

Megaupload got seized. Along with it so did my bootanimations. I hope all those who have tried them enjoyed them.
Requesting mod to close this thread.

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ENOUGH SPACE IN /SYSTEM BEFORE COPYING THE FILES!!
How to install : -
1) Download update.zip and put it in SD card.
2) Reboot in CWM recovery and apply the update.zip.
3) Reboot.

OR
--------------------------------------------------​
1) Download the file.
2) Copy it to SDcard.
3) Using root explorer, goto /sdcard and copy bootanimation.zip(the downloaded file).
4) Goto /system/media/, mount it in r/w mode. Then paste it there.
5) Change permissions as below.

"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Also be sure to remove the file playlogo from /system/bin/.

Sure. Planning to port CM7 Big Bang. It s a big animation. I ll see to it tomorrow.

You can remove it anytime you want. Before or after does not matter. . After doing the steps reboot.

Using root explorer, goto /system/media and copy bootanimation.zip to sdcard. You can also adb pull the same.

Thanks for the bug. I ll check it out now. Maybe the animation is compressed.
