I just bought a Vibrant, and unlocked to use the phone on AT&T network.
The phone works great although I have an issue with the stock web browser.
With my AT&T SIM card inserted, I get good phone signal and 3G icon in the taskbar. The phone function works great, 3G works great with most application except web browsers-stock one, Dolphin, DolphinHD, Skyfire But Opera Mini actually works on 3G. Weird.
In the web browsers, I type an URL, and 3G icon seems working, but a second later, the page displays "Access Forbidden" in all web browsers. (Yes, I tried these browsers on WiFi, they work great on WiFi)
I tried to search the forum, but couldn't find an answer for this.
Does anybody know about this issue? and workaround/resolution for this?

I deleted Proxy settings in APN settings, and it works right away.
I m on LOL v1.2 with mik's kernel (caveman's fix) ..i access my college's wifi network ..However when i connect to it... none of the pages open up in any browser either it be dolphin, maxthon, opera mini...even market shows network error....however i tried pinging google's DNS servers 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 and it works just fine (response time <100ms)... How do i fix this...Plz help me out i dont want to switch to other roms
...Also even blog sites linuxtoday.com dont open up that were opening just fine on other rom(Megatron) HELP!!!!
The standard web browser works fine, however any other application that uses the internet does not work. For example, Netflix gives error 13001. I had a this problem with my last version of Flashback, after I flashed 10.3, everything was working fine until now.
Any solutions to this problem? Thanks!
I am in Chile with a Galaxy SII on Entel. I just upgraded to ICS here and seem to be having a problem with getting certain web pages to load properly and a couple of apps that use web services to get data if I am connected using the cell service on 3g for example. If I am connected to wifi then everything works fine. This occurs when using the built in browser. If I use Opera web pages loads correctly.
I first noticed this problem a few days ago after I had loaded Proxydroid in preparation for my trip to another country so that I may use another carrier which limited data use to browsing only, no other types of webapps. It seemed to be the problem as I was also not getting ads blocked by adfree. I uninstalled it and all seemed fine. But now it has started again.
Yes my phone is rooted using the ICS CWM script method mentioned on these forums.
Any ideas?

I have very strange problem with my wifi at home.
Problem is web pages wont load sometimes, sometimes they load few minutes, and sometimes they load instantly.
Same goes for apps like youtube, ebay, playstore.
For example, i google something in web browser, the first search works like a charm, or the second, but the new one then just keep loading forever or wont load at all.
I tryed all android web browsers, stocks, chrome, opera, mozilla, etc, and its all the same, neither works.
The problem exsist on android devices, so far on my note 3, htc m8, samsung s2, and tablet leonovo.
Got 2 wifi networks at home, and on both the same problem.
Tho the wifi works fine on my 3 laptops, no problems at all there.
I have no problem with my devices on other wifi networks, or on 3g,4g network, so it must be something about my home wifi and android devices, since my laptops works with no problem.

Nope, noone knows the passwords.
Two routers , and both have problems with only android devices.
But if it were problem with routers, then i should have problems with my laptops too, but thats not the case.
