i scan my book in jpg format an i want listen to my teacher when i see the book...always i must pause the player until i read the book scan.

No you can't. Alternatively you can use headphones with play/pause buttons.

You can pull down the notification try and control the music while your PDF is in the foreground, if that helps.

Easiest way i've found is to download google music!
I mean metadata for MP4 videos, not music.
Like this:

Hi Ive installed a music player called Poweramp but I cant seem to find the settings wherein it will show the music player control on a lock screen? Ive heard others say it can show the controls on a lock screen. If it cant can anyone suggest a music player that can play on a lock screen? also how do we get lyrics in an mp3?
In PowerAmp - Menu -> Settings -> Lock Screen -> Enable ICS Lock Screen

Works fine for me. If it is not working, most likely cause is that you have a headset button program installed, and that interferes with the lockscreen controls. (Android framework limit)
You can also use MusicMatch in PowerAmp to get Lyrics or embed it into ID3 Tags of the music file
There is too things I miss about the iPhone which are, lock screen music control and playing YouTube audio and video with app closed, now I'm wondering if Google doesn't have those api, I know apple added them later on iOS 4-5 and I was wondering if Google has them at all or developers don't use it? Anyways to fix this ? Is annoying to drap the notification bar in this big screen sometimes and is a time saver, I want the YouTube feature cause some videos are just info like Xda TV so I could care less if I watch the dude talking about it, I could be browsing the web or downloading apps, anyway to get this done ?

I use the SM N910F version of the Note 4.
The Dutch version.
My phone is ofcourse rooted by chainfire and I managed to do most things I wanted myself inc removing all bloatware ect.
But my last thing I want I couldent solve myself.
I want a frame by frame playback option for 4k. I looked for simliar threads and tried some apps from there but noone worked... Please help me Somebody I will be a happy man when this will work. I film alot in 4k and than I need playback frame by frame.
