Ah no, Completely legal. This is the same as City ID with phone number stored in the database locally. The author created the app then choose not to develop it. Works the same way as City ID.

I have no idea what CityID is or what it does. If this is a separately developed app that does the same thing as the paid one, then awesome, my apologies, move along.

The difference is with Att city ID, you got free for 10 days then pay monthly subscription. This one does the samething but free for life.

We don't condone piracy. But for any app not downloaded from the market goto your downloads. Find the app and click on it to install. You mite need chats settings to allow unknown apps to install.

snappz market is for downloading paid apps for free, that is downloading warez, therefore it is not allowed on XDA, please refrain from asking anything else pertaining to it, or it will result in a ban
