GPS Pairing: All GPS Apps crashing when trying to use GPS - Gen8, Gen9, Gen10 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I am pairing my A70 with a BT-309 GPS mouse I bought with my PDA.
Problem is, all (really all) GPS apps using that device are crashing.
GeoCompass, GPS sStatus und Toolbox, GPS Test, c:geo just to mention a few.
I tried all three settings, Overdrive Normal and Power Save.
Do you have suggestions solving my problem?

I have the same problem. My GPS is MainNav SIRFIII GPs.
When connecting the system freeze.
Why is this happening?
I had Urukdroid 1.1beta

[Q] Gps and Wifi are not friends

Situation:
I have recently flashed the modaco r5 for hero 2.1. I noticed that my GPS was not working, but it has always been a bit iffy. Doing some research I read that I needed the Mobile Network (use phone for data connection when WIfi is unavailable) checked. Without turning on wifi, my GPS worked excellently, fixed to 8 satellites in a second.
Problem:
I turned on my wifi, but b/c of the Mobile Network option, I think it switches to Wifi as its primary data source and neglects the GPS. So the GPS does not work until I turned off the wifi.
Question:
I know people usually don't use GPS and Wifi together, but is there a way to get them both working together?
Thanks everyone and much appreciated!

[Q] GPS Problem

Hi,
Having a strange problem with my Verizon 4G LTE 10.1. When I boot the tablet the satellite GPS works but as soon as I turn on wifi it stops working. If I then turn off wifi it continues *not* to work until I reboot.
I have installed GPS Test app from the market and when it is not working it will occasionally see one or two satellites but will not ever see enough to get a fix.
Anyone else have this problem or know of a fix?
Thanks

[Q] GPS mock does not work anymore

Until today I used GPS Mock in combination with the Bluetooth GPS app successfully.
Also Location Mock is enabled, internal GPS (which never worked) disabled. I did not change or update any apps.
The BT device is a Qstarz Platinum device which works correctly. I tried it with another BT device which read the coordinated correctly.
So something has changed some (hidden) settings .
I rebooted, reinstalled the BT GPS app, re-paired the BT GPS nothing helps.
Any ideas ?

[Q] gps signal very unstable

I have some doubts because I have a gps connection problems, and when it finds satellites and connects the lost, lost power while driving as if entering a tunnel, and the time to find satellites again, I changed the file gps.conf, used gps status, gps test, aids gps and wifi coverage itself is not very powerful, I tried 7.13.35.05 and 7.13.35.13 radios, which are the last 2 and the same problem.
The rom installed is the latest update-cm-7-20120426-nightly-legend and is supposed to solve the problem and the file is already added gps.conf, but I think the problem is with the cm7.
That way I have to fix it? Changing kernel?
I have been in possession of htc desire, and when changing a radio coverage issues, gps and wifi also be changed and usually sterile solved,

Edit: I put screenshot so you can see it finds satellites but it does not start very strong and gps

WIFI issue on Z Ultra GPE with Android 5.0 (Lollipop)

Hi,
Has anyone had similar experience and (better yet) a solution to my issue with wifi connections since upgrading to 5.0?
After the update my Ultra Z GPE losses connection to my home wifi, and other wifi (public wifi,, friend's wifi). Once this happens the wifi app in settings does not see/list the wifi connection. I've tried turning wifi off/on, and refresh but my home wifi (and the public and friend's wifi) do not appear as available. The only solution I've found is to power off and back on again. But doing this several times a day is a pain.
TIA

Well my situation has changed, and perhaps a little less of a pain. Even though in Settings it shows my wifi is connected I am still frequently losing the connection. My apps (i.e., Google browser, Google Now, other apps, etc) do not load/refresh and indicate "No network connection. But now I can resolve the problem by toggling wifi off and on. Better than powering off and on but still a pain.

If your device is rooted try Wifi Connection Fixer ROOT by Zextr. The link is

Thank you for your response. But no my device is not rooted. However, I believe I found the cause of my wifi issue. Separate from my wifi issue I was having some issues with Google Now. So, I uninstalled the Google Now launcher. Guess what? My wifi issue is gone. I have not lost wifi connection since I uninstalled the Google Now launcher.
