i've been looking everywhere and i can't find this info, so i'm sorry if i'm doing a re post or something, i have an x10 mini E10a, and i want to install miniCM6 on it, but it has 2.0.A.0.504 firmware and M76XX-TSNCJOLYM-53404006 baseband, and i need to upgrade it to 2.1.1.A.0.6 firmware and M76XX-TSNCJOLYM-53404015 baseband, please tell me how can i do this? Where can I find the files i need?
P.S. sorry for my bad english.
if u use pc compagnon, it shuld automatically update your firmware/baseband to those versions.
i've already tried with pc companion and SEUS, it tells me that my phone is updated, i guess i should try to repair it with pc companion and see if it works, but still it would be helpfull if somebody give me the info, because everything i find is for E10i, i can't seem to find anything about E10a

i know this is my first post and all, but im quite concerned as my friend got multitouch for his x10 quite some months ago, and i am yet to recieve the update as ive had no notifications of it at all. Hopefully this website can help me to resolve this issue, i know how to use the search button but ive really no idea what im looking at. Use flash tool 0.2.9.1 to flash the appropriate x10a or x10i 2.1.A.0.435 firmware. Both the flash tool and firmware can be found here....

There are ways to implement dualtouch on your existing firmware, however if you flash the generic 2.1.A.0.435 firmware you will be certain to get the official 2.3.3 Gingerbread update directly from PC Companion or SEUS when available.

Dude when it says that your mobile is already up to date,and still you didn't got the latest update....then try the repair option on SEUS or SEPC.
Hi, i have a x10 mini from rogers with 2.1.0.a.0.47 firmware and phone says its the latest, but i need 2.1.1.a.0.6 for minicm6 and ive tried searching and all i find are e10i roms or other stuff.
if anyone has had success installing minicm6 on a rogers x10mini, id like to hear how you did it. Thank you
Tried updating from Sony Ericsson PC Companion or just the phone? Because you will need the program to find the update most likely.

i have seen that flashtool when i was searching the forums but it only provides firmwares for e10i and i have an e10a :S
its really confusing
the more im searching the forums, the more confused i get since everything is for e10i and i have e10a so how can i ever get cm6 if no one seems to have done it
have you found anything yet? just got the same phone and did the SEUS update to the same version you have. now i'm not sure where to go from here.
My guess, at this moment is that you guys have a branded X10 mini...
So your provider has to release you new version of baseband/kerel.
I read about people who change from a x10a to a x10i that were experiencing 3g connection problems. Maybe if you don't use the 3g (like me) you can always change to the x10i. If you're tired of the 3g less cellphone it is still possible to recover it through seus.
Please correct me if I'm wrong.

You need to update the phone using the SEUS app. This will upgrade your baseband but will also wipe any existing mods & data.
Simply Run the SEUS program and follow the intructions given on screen. Once you've updated, your baseband will be updated.

Not sure why your baseband isn't already, having re-read the post you say it already has 2.1 update-1 which is wierd. Try updating the phone again anyway it might solve your problem

I have some probleam. My xperia x10 mini dont upgrade firmware, because it is modify by TIM. So, i have a old firmware and baseband. How i can upgrade firmware? I cant do it in SEUS because say that i have the last firmware, but dont. How can i do? Flash new firmware? If i flash i can return to the original if i have some probleam whit new firmware? You need to change your build.prop file to fool SE that you have a different version so they'll send you the 015 version. To do this you must:
1. Root the phone.
2. Google and download a build.prop file for your phone (exact model).
3. Change your current /system/build.prop with that one using RootExplorer (or similar).
4. Reboot the phone.
5. Update the phone with PC Companion.
I want to share an experience I had with a X10 mini pro U20a.
The phone was stock 2.0.A.0.504, baseband 006. I unlocked and rooted the bootloader and tried to install the naa kernel. Obviously I've caused a bootloop.
I searched the 2.1.1.a.0.6 for U20a everywhere and didn't find anywhere. All the links to download the firmware are offline. SEUS and PC Companion don't upgrade the firmware, tried to use the build.prop from "u20a info thread", tried to change manually. SEUS always flash with the same firmware, the 2.0.A.0.504 and baseband 006. I sent pvt messages to some members from the forums, one of them tried to help me but apparently didn't found the files... I tried SEUS and PC at least 7 times, using different approaches, no way.
Finally, I found a way to upgrade U20a to 2.1.1.a.0.6, keeping 3G (using a u20a firmware).
I'm not affiliated with the site below in any way. I didn't know this site before... I used this:

I installed the wotan client, register in the site. In the software, I selected the firmware 2.1.1.a.0.6 for Brazil ( the name is Generic Trade Brazil). In the name, there's a "X10a mini" (dont worry, its for u20a). That's the firmware I used. After the install process, the phone still a U20a, but with baseband 015. In the client, be sure the phone selected show as "U20".
After this upgrade, I was able to install the naa kernel, and MiniCM7 2.1.9.
I searched this info in the forum, but I didn't find nothing.
Hope this helps other's searching for the 2.1.1.a.0.6 to use on U20a.
THanks for the data. I from Argentina so I need the U20a .06 FW for the miniCM9. Sadly, now you need to pay 1.99 EUR for using Wotan services. Small price for getting back 3G Network.
