This Thread is advertising FroyoBread DSP Manager and not GingerDX DSP Manager

Wow no skipping or cracking in the music thanks!

I using FroyoBread v0.23b final. I test this and it work only set down volume (DSPManager v1.0). I used GingerDX before and it work! So any one using GingerDX please help me.
1. Install ES File manager and set the settings "Root Explorer" and "Mount File System"
2. Go to System/app/ find and copy DSPManager.apk to SD card.
3. Upload it here.
I want to test it work on FroyoBread or not.

I wanna suggest a music app called PlayerPro. Get the newest version and there's some feature called "sound effects". Tick on it. You will see 3 options: None, Dolby Surround, and SRS. try dolby or srs. Music will be amazing!

[Q] DSP manager on 2.2 cm 6.1.3

Is it possible to port the dsp Manager app to 2.2 or 2.1 so we can have the bass boost on our stable roms? The 2.3 music app was also ported so i thought it could also be done with the dsp....
try power amp pro, great equaliser on it from my experience

What ROM are you using? My 6.1.3?
Heres one that works with my ROM
http://www.mediafire.com/?1h2i2z3qygqvz2c
yeah thanks. i'm using your rom.
I actually tried some DSP's from the htc desire and hd forums but both hadn't the bassboost option...
I'll hope this one has.
****tt, after flashing your zip my x10 stucks at the white sony ericsson text @ booting
For those that are having problem with DSP manager i suggest you to do a full wipe + cache wipe + dalvik & battery wipe. and install directly the v3 of wolfbreak's release do not install the first version and update it. just install the v3 version without installing the Gapps. because its already installed on the v3. then try to install the DSP Manager. it sould work without any problem.
Regards.

Basically, it goes bass to mid to treble from left to right. I personally like using a 'scooped' setting, which jacks up the highs and lows while cutting down on the mids. It's the same setting I use on my guitar amps too and I think it gives a nice sound.
So my setting from left to right is 6,5,4,5,6.
I think though to find the setting you like, you'll have to mess with it a bit to find what works best for you. Hope this helps!

Hello everybody..
After Bravia Engine now we also have the new xLoud engine available to 2.3.3!
Uploaded with ImageShack.us
To test just do this.
Play any song, without xLoud engine active and when playing turns xLoud engine ON, you will hear the difference!
Installation: flash the package via xrecovery
Download V2
http://www.multiupload.com/091CTY7NDW
After installing manually fix the permissions by xrecovery!
old version v1http://www.multiupload.com/Q1SW45B020
Know issues - Volume configuration on alarm FC.
Little UI bug on Settings.apk on running processes.
For all about the power control widget.
This widget is not suported by Arc, to use the xLoud engine we use Arc "parts" so this is not suported.
Thanks for marcoplo and my immortal for finding the files.

Will it remove the Widget "Power Management"?
I think xLoud and Bravia Engine needs to be flashed at the same time to prevent conflicts.

[MOD] Sony (or GT?) Audible Selection Sound

Just want to share this short .ogg file guys. This make your Xperia more kind like a PS3 (or Gran Turismo?) device by replacing selection sound on the menu Cause of Sony and GT game feels like one unity, i guess this one will make your phone more 'Sony'
How to install:
1. Download the attachment below, extract it on SD card
2. move to /system/media/audio/, set permission to rw-r--r--
3. move again to /system/media/audio/ui/
4. Go to Setting->Audio->Audible Selection, switch on and off to refresh.
5. Done
Now your phone will be 200% faster
G'day!

[Q] Where is Settings>Sound>Music Effects?

So I was about to install Viper4Android, and the guide told me that I should enable it on Settings>Sound>Music Effects. The problem is that I am searching for the Music Effects tab in options and I dont find it! I find the Volume control and the Ringtones, and Audio Exit, but not Music Effects! So, whats the problem?
Is something that comes with the Sammy 4.3 Firmware? Because I think so.

Please read the V4A forum .
If you do not have the Music FX apk then you will not see music effects .
Well thank you! I was confused because I didnt see the Sound Settings in the Viper App neither, and I thought it was in the Samsung Settings. A bit stupid of me:silly:
Also, I actually have the Music FX app in the app list, but even then I cant see the option in the Sound Setting in Samsung...might check the Viper options again and find those sound settings...
