I can't get it to work... I'm running das bamf 2.1. The application quits whenever I play a song. I tried reinstalling the application and restarting the phone. Any suggestions?

What do you mean "quits". Do you mean it force closes?
I would suggest backing up your current ROM, flashing something else, and see if it works with that ROM. That will at least tell you if the app doesn't like the ROM.
Use adfree from Market.
The blocked hosts file doesn't lay well with Google Music.

rooted with gingerbreak and whenever I use google maps my phone reboots itself. anyone have a fix? I wiped the phone to factory and it still does it "/ also, I tried using root explorer to find anything named "maps" and delete it but it did not find anything. I've uninstalled and rebooted and then reinstalled and nothing.

Only restarts phone while GPS is on so it isn't the program.

no, and it started working now -______- thanks for the help. I googled the issue and I'm not the first one with it. Some ppl switched out their phones because of the issue but hopefully it has permanently stopped for me
I am having no luck with getting flash player running in browser or any other browser on das bamf 3.0 mr2. Anyone else have the same issue?

I was having the same problem as well. Don't know exactly what I did to get it working, but it's now working.
A few things. I originally installed Flash Player from the market. Wasn't working in any browsers. I then uninstalled and reinstalled...same thing. I then noticed that I had a program called SWF Player installed. I didn't know if that might be causing a problem, but I decided to uninstall it. Finally, I restored Flash Player from a Titanium Backup I had done (App only/no data). It's the same version number as the one in the market, but for whatever reason, this time it's working.
Don't know if that helps at all, but thought I'd mention it. Also, I ran across this thread. It didn't apply to me, but maybe you'll find something useful in it.

@monkeymynd Can you confirm video.foxnews.com works? I can get only some sites to work.
Edit: on stock, unroot, this was never an issue.

When I go to foxnews.com and click on the videos tab, I select a video and it says click to stream. When I click on it, the streaming media player opens up and it plays just fine.

Anyone else had problems with downloading form the market? When I try to download something, it starts and disappears from the notification bar before it starts to show the percentage done.

Open titanium backup and see if there is any application related to market frozen? If you find frozen app, just defrost it. Also clear the market cache.

I had the problem for a long time. Got the new market and it would actually give me an error message, about insufficient storage.
Info in settings clearly said I had enough, but still constant fails.
Eventually installed link2sd, used it on some apps problem solved.

Turns out my Market App Installer was frozen somehow...defrosted it and it didn't help. Any other ideas?

try this --> wipe data of Market using Titanium backup. You will need to login again in market.
Check if your Google talk is working or not. I came across the same problem and I was advised to log out of gtalk and log in again. That didn't help me. I just flashed the rom over the existing rom. You can also flash gapps if you are on custom rom

Best way is flash Gapps again. It will resolve this issue permanently.
I am on Eclipse 2.1, and I cant get any audio from Pandora. I have no problem with any other audio app, just Pandora? Any ideas?
I use Pandora on eclipse 2.1 with no problems.
Have you tried uninstalling the Pandora app and installing again?

Surprisingly I'd second this as it fixed my xda app.

Done it many times, to no avail.
Im in Eclipse 2.1 and I just checked pandora works but I have 1.5.11 it is installed as a transparent apk. It isn't the newest pandora and it doesn't show up to update in the market. I've used this same app on all my devices I downloaded the apk file from a developer a while ago. I wish I could remember the name or title the app had but here is what it looks like. Maybe you could also try to clear the app data and cache uninstall and reinstall

There is no uninstall update button. I checked the reviews and it's happening to most phones. I'm on kyrillos rom 10.6

It usually happens when you integrate updates or mess with Youtube.apk. The easiest solution is reflashing the ROM, updating the Youtube app from Play Store and not integrating/moving to sd/etc... The other solution is removing both the Youtube system app and user update app and first installing an old Youtube version in /system and then updating from Play Store.
I had the same problem when i reflashed my ROM and messed with Youtube.ak and it's a common problem of the new Youtube application.
