I do believe if you get on market and type the words media hub...you can download it....

Stock phone on 4.1.2. I have an issue with my stock email widget when I press the sync/refresh button.
This seems to only happen with the Hotmail account after I updates my apps.
Anyone else have a similar issue? I did some reading on other forums/carriers/phones and it seems to be a yahoo thing trying to get users to use their stock app?

It's a yahoo problem. It's intentional on their part. Switch to a different email provider.

open setting>account> choose your current account
should be there's an option to remove there
