As I see, your rom is 2,2 android? Try to read this topic http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1185241 download the BetterBatteryStats app and check which process or wakelock is draining your battery. If its DataTracker-FD wake lock, than it seems that 2,3 and 2,2 android is having Fast Dormancy issue..
I'm experiencing heavy battery drain. I installed betterbatterystats and found out that AlarmManager is keeping my device awake. What to do? Running CM7 6.6

I can say just by looking at your screenshots that u run too many background apps and widgets... try removing all of them and watch your battery drain.
I used to experience high battery drain and that was because the miriad of little apps running in background. They don't let your phone sleep, even when the screen is off.
Now my phone's battery lasts for at least 40 hours and that's with heavy Wi-fi, some 2G/3G, some gamming and music. About 1-2% battery drain per hour on idle and that's because I still run some widgets (and gmaps). Right now it's marking 53 hours and still at 27%, but thats 'cause I'm home on my PC.
Edit: Oh! Also just noted u use franco.kernel 18.1... get rid of it, it's been reported by many users (me included) that it causes battery drain. Get back to 18.0.
I could revert but I forgot the changes from v18 to v18. 1 " anyone can kindly tell me?

Can you please let me know what are the settings you've on your phone? I have Mik's CM7 with Franco's kernel v18. OC 748/245 Smartass. Auto-sync turned OFF. Only 2G networks. Brighntess 40%. Not having a lot of apps. Set Auto-refresh to "No" in apps like Facebook and Twitter. So basically no app tries to connect to internet unless I turn them ON manually. Only Google search, digital clock and power control widgets. No gaming and almost no music.
With all these I'm able to get around 30 hrs of battery life with moderate usage and 20 hrs of battery life with heavy usage, mainly Wifi. How do you manage to get so much battery life? Can you please let me know your configuration and the other settings as well?
Thanks in advance.

That's unnecessary and useless to downgrade. Mik's 6.6, franco's gingerbread kernel and scary governor, you get unbeatable battery life. Unfortunately you get some bugs too for now but mik's back and andy's working on his new rom so soon you'll see those bugs squashed.
try use v18 bfs franco kernel

Hi there. I'm using GinTonic.SE v1.3 for 4 days now, and I can get only 30-34h worth of battery life - as long as I have Wi-fi and 3G off. I used to get almost 50h with Froyo CM6.
Has anyone experienced diminished battery life with GinTonic?
Thanks!
Gingerbread are battery drainers, try undervolting (settings/CyanogenMod/performance/cpu). And reduce backlight to minimum
i'm experiencing the same problem, the battery draining is anormal, i've tried with battery calibration but that doesn't resolve the issue, battery goes from 100% to 98 in about 1 minute (data, sync, wifi off and minimal brightness) then straight down... i need to charge the phone 3 times in a day, i had to reflash he cyanogen revolution... any advice?

have you tried the new GT 2.3.8? claims better battery use, i installed yday and it lasted for the day at least..but that was quite minimal use. as stated use either uv.ko or underclock with setcpu, i downloaded app called cpu spy it informs you what speed your proc is running at and u can get a decent reading on when and how long the speed is which helps in set cpu if you set up profiles so i.e when yr battery reaches x% the clockspeed will reduce, and choose a governer like powersave or conservative...it does make quite a difference
yes battery life is bad I will have to look at some of those 3rd party batteries
I'm a long time lurker, first time poster, so please...go easy on me as I'm still trying to figure out the lingo and what not!
Anyhow, I just recently installed V6 and everything is absolutely great - except my battery goes down faster than <insert whatever reference you want here..hockey goalie, boxing, sexual>
I initially tried flashing over V5 and that's when the issue started - V5 was fine the way it was, but was starting to eat up the battery a little quicker - maybe due to a couple of new apps installed? did a full wipe and reinstalled v6 and am experiencing the same issue
I don't know if it's a problem with my actual battery or what...anyone have any suggestions?
Fully charge the battery until the green charged light goes off then reboot into XRecovery and wipe your battery stats.

Alternatively, there's the battery calibration app.
Alternatively, build your own stock ROM. Wolfs ROM has IMHO too many uneccesary tweaks that drain the battery... although his performance ROM has awesome battery (I'm using it right now)... lol I dunno why..

Well its tough to explain u, but use set cpu and reduce the maximum processing speed to 384. The battery will be consumed to the lowest. I have done the same. And my x10 works for min 1.5 day.

Not sure if my problem is the same but my phone WB v6 (even on v5) will turn off when used heavily i guess (less than 5min video games seem to be ok but other apps will do it randomly). but the battery will say like 65% whatever it should be from the use so far after a reboot most of the time i have then same % as before the umm crash but sometimes it shows 25% and turns off then if i leave it for a bet i get back to the higher % but will still crash with a little app use. Frustrating as i LOVE the ROM!
So far no crash during phone calls. But the crashes are no rhyme or reason. I have tried calibrating and full flash but it came back.
(would have posted in the ROM thread but i have too few postes and this seemed a better place)
Hung Wei Lo: which version are you using? Try lowering min frequency, adjust settings (like brightness). I'm on v6 with Freekernel and I get 2-3 days on a full charge. Maybe an app is preventing your phone from entering deep sleep.
Rabbit Stew: are you overclocking? Try a full wipe including battery stats, then installing v6s. The stock version should be the most stable.
Here's two methods that work for me.
To me the battery calibration app, is USELESS, no offence to the developer.
1. Wiping battery stats: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=943626
or
2. Optimizing battery with just a charger and phone: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1071885
Don't go anymore then 5 tries.
I figured I'd give an update on this..
Things had magically sorted themselves out - battery life got better and better each day, though not to the point most of you are getting (I'm talking MAYBE 14 hours of minimal usage - the odd facebook check, random text message etc)
As suggested, I've set the min. frequency to the lowest possible, screen timeout is at like 30 seconds
As of the past couple of days, I've been getting half that...no new apps installed all the same settings...wifi is off, brightness is set to 25%, no gps usage all I have on is data. As an example, I charged her up and unplugged it with an hour to go before I was done at work. an hour ride on the subway doing nothing but listening to some tunes, and I'm down to 60%...in two hours
I'm at wits end here...according to cpu spy here are my most recent stats:
998 - 0:01:49 - 35%
576 - 0:00:-4 - 1%
384 - 0:00:03 - 3%
245 - 0:00:52 - 17%
deep sleep - 0:02:11 - 42%
thoughts (related to this issue)? suggestions? ideas?
is calibrating the battery will solve the phone randomly restart??
In my infinite wisdom, I'd have to seriously doubt it...did you do a fresh install?
How you guys get even 2 days of battery??
I am tired of tryin gall the combinations of settings / kernel / ROMS nothing has helped till date.
I am not able to get battery for a complete day. Freaking it drains it off in 9-10 hours.
There are users who are getting 2 days of battery with wifi/edge on at all the time, with overclocked phone, and many other options enabled. But I am not getting any of these.
My usage includes
* 1-2 hrs of music
* 1-2 hrs of edge
* frequent texting but can be summarized for 1 hr in a day.
* hardly 10-30 mins of calls
* 10-30mins of games
CyanogenMatt 1.1
franco kernel 19.4 gbs v18cfs
InteractiveX 480-600 mhz
all this is normal and way below average usage but still I am not able to get battery life. I hate recharging the phone after every few hours. Have searched forums tried suggestion but nothing worked.
Maybe I am choosing wrong combination of ROM / kernel , I have gone complete clueless now, any help or suggestion is welcome.

It is because of usage patterns. Based on your usage, I think its normally for your battery to drain just like that.

Well theta because they are using the phone less often. You are wrong , wifi consumes far less battery than edge. Wifi on standby drains minimal battery.

It's mostly about background tasks. Install supercharger and a task killer to kill your tasks on screen off. Then disable unneeded autostarting applications with Gemini or Autostarts. This way I get about 1% battery for 4 hours without using my phone. And I strongly advice you to use 480/YourMaxStable with SmartassV2 as Smartass automatically manages the current CPU frequency. Your brightness should be between 25 and 50%. And also disable any unused at the moment radio (including mobile data).
how would I disable radio?
do you mean not using radio is disable it??
Well here's how my phone goes on for 2 days
android assistant app for cleaning memory every 10 minutes and for killing apps on startup
Advanced task killer for killing tasks(set on auto kill)
Antutu power saver which has some good features(puts phone on flight mode at night for few hours)
or use juice defender(has extra features)
try keeping edge/3g/wi-fi/bluetooth/gps off when not using(saves a lot of battery)
reduced brightness(40-50%)
and keep screen off when not in use
also keep OC freq at 729/480 its the best know OC for our phone performance and battery wise
and InteractiveX is well know for battery saving
(i prefer on-demand because of performance and gaming )
the above things help me use my phone for 2 days or i must say 1&1/2 day
with 4-5 hours gaming(3d HD games)
1-2hours browsing the net
few messages and calls here and there
on a full charge and normal usage at the end of the day i have phone battery at 40-50%
A radio is basically a wireless I/O device. GPS, Bluetooth, Baseband, WiFi, FM... - these are different types of radios. They drain power when powered on so if you want battery life you should simply disable the ones that you aren't using at the moment.
@viv_jen: There is no need to autokill every 10 minutes if you don't have unneeded autostart applications. Task managers also drain battery if used too often. It's also a good idea to use the long-press back key feature of CyanogenMod (It kills the currently visible task).
To pitch in my 2 cents worth,
I've found wifi uses quite a bit less than edge/3g data on this particular phone.
This phone has shocking battery life, even for a smartphone.
What you are getting seems about normal for your usage. My battery will be between 20 and 30% after 4 hours of music and 3g browsing. Once I stop doing these things it goes down at about 2% an hour on wifi, about 3% an hour on 2g, and 5% an hour on 3g. I ended up keeping my charge cable on me when I go places and actively use the phone, and "topping up" the battery when I'm sitting at a desk or whatever.
thank you guys for valuable inputs,
could the combination of ROM + kernel also help?
I tried cyanogenmatt + goldenleaf after some of the user suggested that it gives enough battery.
I also heard void gives a good battery.

yep it does
for me atleast
@nogav: WiFi drain depends mostly on Tx (Transmit) power. Mostly we receive information from the internet (Which means Rx is way more important than Tx), so after running a few speed tests (Speedtest.net app) at each option avaliable at the Wifi Tx Power app from market I found out that internet speed at a Tx power of 4dBm is roughtly the same as for 32dBm. Also, our device only supports 801.11b/g mode, so internet speed isn't the best thing about Optimus One (Excluding HDSPA).
@droidevil: The thing that drains most battery is Stagefright. It is able to play 520p mp4 videos almost smoothly, but it is a battery killer. Hardware acceleration also increases performance at the cost of battery, but it is reasonably balanced. Other things that depend on roms: number of preinstalled apps. Deodexed apps load faster, and the less of them there are, the faster the phone boots and runs. If you have about 100-200 programs installed, Autostarts, Advanced Task Killer and Supercharger are likely to be used.
thank you guys for your useful information..
Just raised all urs thanks meter for helping me out..
Well I have installed android assistant set to auto kill on every 10 mins.
Installed gemini and stopped the apps which are set to open on boot.
brightness is the minimum
480-728mhz with InteractiveX
so far 12 hours have passed by and have 50% left
Normal texting, gprs browsing, music no games though.
Lets see how far can I pull it off.

Nonono, don't use autokill, they are just crap, not needed, they drain more battery.
I have installed void forever to see whether it helps in battery performance.
The ROM itself is very fast, just wondering which kernel will best suit the rom to give the desired battery performance.
Any suggestions please..!!!!!

Good news that you are not alone. Based on my premature calculation, only 10 out of 100 (that's 10% ) ICS ROM users have good - great battery life, meaning the rest is having worse. Mine is falling into that group. I never have great battery, only so-so and below average.
Also as Nick has mentioned, asking for which best is a NO NO here.
One might be good for me, doesn't mean it will be good for you and vice versa.
Try them all and pick one that best suite for you.
My 2 cents......I know you have read this several times - but battery life is really dependent on a lot of factors - your AT&T signal, rogue apps, data sync frequency, CPU governor etc. etc.
read Entropy's excelled thread on battery drain on this forum.
i tried out a few GB roms over the last few weeks and really did not notice any battery improvement over ICS.
Currently running cMIUI with xxkernel and it is really working out great as in the battery easily lasts for the whole day.
I remember when I was on stock GB I could go upto 2 days on single charge - but that may be due to the battery being brand new. I have read that the battery in SGS2 really degrades fast
I have 2% drain per hour when doing absolutely nothing, screen off, wifi off, gps off during 8 hours overnite.
While someone has reported having only 2% or 3% drain over 8 hours overnite.

My understanding is multipdp will show when apps are waking the radio to use cell data - each wake instance results in a minimum of 6 seconds of wakelock. Switching to wifi when you are idle "should" eliminate this wakelock.
I could be wrong here...dig into the known battery drainers thread from around the time the first ICS roms were being tried on the i777. There was some discussion of it...it is a renamed version of some other wakelock in GB.

That's what I said, "maybe 3G/H+ toggling".
I believed that if I left wifi on overnite, do nothing, I still had 2% drain per hour.
Let me completely turn off data tonite and see how thing goes.
errrrr I have a huge problem with my battery. I've been testing various ICS roms and kernels(aokp, foxhound, serendipidity, fluxxi Kernel, siyah 3.4.3.,Neak) and all of them with the exception of serendipity w/siyah kernel, drain my battery real fast.
Not really sure what the problem is but when I look at what's been using the battery its most of the time either screen (which is understandable) and android os? I went to bed last night leaving my phone at 100% and woke up to find it at 52%. When I looked at what was using the battery it displayed, 93% android os and only 3% cell standby??(btw Foxhound ICS, Siyah Kernel) Maybe I have to many things updating/syncing?
When I first got my phone, 2-3% battery drain overnight was one of the things that amazed me about stock gingerbread on the i777.
I've flashed alot of roms since then, and so far, no ROM can even touch that stat.
Can someone please check my battery usage for this phone, I think something seems to be draining it.
Over 10 hours I've seen a drain of 7% which doesn't seem TOO bad,
but could someone take a look at these screenshots too?
I mainly use WhatsApp quite a bit, and the occasional websurfing. At home, my signal strength is perfect. I'm connected to WiFi sometimes and my WIFI sleep policy is set to 'Never' too.
I've also underclocked and undervolted the phone, even with MagicConfig and I'm also using Supercharger V6. I don't think there's anything else I could do to improve the battery, yet it is still somewhat disappointing
At 50% battery life, it has 2 hours 20 mins screen time too
I'm using CheckROM V6, with N.E.A.K 1.4.2, conservative 200-800mhz.
Would it be worth upgrading to ICS?
Thanks in advance
