Stock Gingerbread with Sense Lock Screen - HTC EVO 3D

Does anyone know if its possible to get the Sense Lock screen on a stock gingerbread ROM?

I believe its not possible due to the lockscreens, and any thing else sense, dependants on sense framework.

AgileLock in the Market. Closest thing out there.

You might try SupraROM v1.1.
You'll get the the "Stock Gingerbread" feel while still keeping the Sense 3.0 lockscreen.
From my 3VO

I don't know if this works cuz I haven't tried it but here ya go

Sidekick lockscreen

As the subject suggests, im looking for it. Has anyone seen the new android sidekick's lockscreen as a flashable thing? I would love to have it on my thunderbolt...

same. i second this.
Its framework dependent. Same reason we don't have the touchwiz puzzle lock or sense 3.0's lock.

Here's the sense 3.0 lock screen.

So, is it possible to root then flash the whole phone to work and have said lock screen?
Also, i think sense 3.0 lockscreen is terrible. Nothing special about it.

No, the Sidekick Lockscreen would have to be ported over first in order for you to use it. Or else you'll just have the AOSP lock screen.
I like the Sense 3.0 lock It has a ring and supports widgets. Lolol.

this would be sickkk
Apparently the lockscreen is buried in the framework very deep, so it may be difficult to port

Htc sense??

Just curious as to whether theirs a port of htc sense been/being made? No biggy if not....just curious

It's almost impossible. I saw a thread about porting sense to a Galaxy S, but nearly all the things can't function properly.

No but there's a a lot of modes that will make your device like HTC Sense .
Like the ring lockscreen , launchers sense themes etc ...
Ok kushdi thanks guys

Why would you want sense anyways? Its pretty ugly in my opinion and every device I have seen running it wasnt smooth at all.. Nothing compared to adw Ex.
I always found the app tray in adw to be really really laggy dude

[Q] Official ICS Launcher?

Now that the sources are released, is it possible to make the Launcher2.apk to work on all devices? If yes, then would someone do it?

+1, i alredy created a thread for this but without any resoults, they all just send me links to themes or clones.
Sent from my R800i using XDA App
Yeah... i dont want any thenes nor clones... I want the real thing.. i suppose they need to change the framework.. maybe make it compatible w/ CM7..

So we need a dev to do it.

I don't think it's possible.. I mean look at Gingerbread, nobody except for the Nexus S really had it..
Yeah there were lots of lookalikes on the market but nothing really had that smooth 3D app drawer.

Yeah but if you enter the app drawer you'll see it's lacking the smooth 3D effect that the real one has
NAAAAAAh thats wrong. On my Xperia Play the Gingerbread launcher is perfect, icons are not blurry at all and completly smooth, it is just perfect. Also GB Launcher and and ICS launcher are very differen. there is no 3d app drawer in ICS.
It can probably be ported to Gingerbread, but they are using some of the new Ice Cream Sandwich APIs so it is going to take some work. Some things like widget resize, widget preview and animation stuff are not available in Gingerbread so it might not be possible to port all functionality.
Hmmm thats not nice to hear. Anyway, even without widget priviw it would be awesome.

I'm actually using the latest 2.3.7 Launcher2.apk from sources on my SGS with 2.3.5.
buttery smooth.

HTC Sense Apps on ICS AOSP - HTC ReZound??

Does anyone know if / how this can be done?
I am not sure about this idea, but couldn't someone just kind of extract the clock widget, etc.?
If nothing else, a tutorial on decompiling apk files with Virtuous Ten Studio, I really just want the HTC Sense clock and all the clocks in the market do not compare with the flip animation, one comes close by droid27.

I'm sure he'll make a version for it now since we actually have AOSP
I hope so, the Rom I am using can go both aosp and sense 3.6.
Hopefully one that also replaces the immovable search box...

It's probably just desensed, which usually runs on the APex launcher. We don't have any AOSP roms yet. It's not quite stable yet.. But almost
could be, the htc apps do not show up, if i open personalize, there is nothing there in the widgets section lol

Everything home launcher

The new everything home launcher from playstore is able to use sense widgets on sense 5. How's that I thought they won't work on launchers except sense. Anyway to look at the code of the launcher to make sense widgets work on other launchers.

kudos to the developers of that launcher and the other one that can (i forget its name)
if other 3rd party launchers do the same great...i doubt any rom developers will bother modding other launchers for it
and remember, many use a 3rd party launcher when desensing a rom....you would still need to leave fusion and all the accompanying sense widgets in /system/app to use them...so you arent running a slimmed down setup
Tested this launcher out didn't see sense widgets.
