Has anyone gotten Synergy to work on SystemR89's Debian WebTopMod? I have managed to install using apt-get, but i do not know the proper command to launch Synergy.

I love using an RDP client in the webtop environment, but I haven't found a good VNC client yet. Does anyone have a suggestion? If it supports Apple's VNC method, that would be a plus.
Thanks in advance.
i have being using TightVNC viewer, find it works ok on the webtop.
sudo apt-get install xtightvncviewer
Could you clarify how you do that? Do I use a terminal emulator on my phone or do I have to put one on the webtop first?
I want know how use too.
Iam runing fruitscake 2.3.6 webtop , rooted and unlocked atrix.
What i need to use RDP or VNC?

After applying all the webtop script fixes etc, I just opened up LxTerm and typed:
Code:
sudo apt-get install grdesktop rdesktop grdc
Technically, grdc does all you need for both RDP and VNC, but I happen to like grdesktop for RDP connections more than grdc.
Is it possible to boot debian on SK17i?
It will be great to have debian on this phone...
Yes, it's possible if you want to run debian with the console. If you want to use the X-server it will be very slow and if you want to boot debian without booting android... well, you'd have to compile the kernel and make other things that anoyone has done yet with the sk17
After installing webtop2sd and fixing all the dependencies and etc, how do I get webtop to look and feel like the latest Ubuntu? Do I install the Ubuntu Desktop package from Synaptic? Thanks in advance. :]
im looking to get hardware acceleration working on Android x86. I have no idea where to start. I thought it might be possible to try and build it straight on the os like on linux, but the android terminal dosent have all the programs im used to on linux. does anyone know if its possible?
