Hey guys! is it normal that the alarm sound would only be heard from the earphones if your earphones are unplugged? I'm on T.E.A.M's rom and kernel
when i was on stock, the alarm would be from the speaker even if the earphones were on
Thanks in advance
If your earphones are unplugged then it should come out of the speaker as you wouldn't hear it otherwise.

Your best bet is to post in the t.e.a.m thread as pvyparts or iridaki will help you out as your using there rom.

Hello, i'm new here on xda and i have a problem with xloud on my xperia x10.
After installing the custom zip , xloud worked for about two days and started unchecking it self(under settings/sounds).
When ever i check it,the check would light up but once i exit it would go back.
i've tried installing it again and it still isn't working.
Any suggestions?

Don't use it at all. Might break your speakers as it is untested for our crappy speakers. Some say they hear crackling sounds after using it for a while and which on high volume as well. Just leave it unchecked and you'll should be fine.
Pity though 28spawn put quite a lot of effort into it...

Definitely it has already damaged several peoples speakers.
I would avoid it at all costs.
Never ever ever ever ever ever.....use xloud. If u r brave and courageous enouh to part away with your x10, u can use it.
Our phone were released as a business phone,so no "loud" speakers.
Xloud plays with loudness and pitch,it will hamper your speaker.
Rather, use equalizer app. I bought it from market

Man its good to have an android back in my hands. It barely fits in them LOL, but now the fun begins
Thank you for this, this will hopefully help me let go of the Yamaha DAC and voodoo sound on my Infuse
Is this simply an audio output tweak that works with all music players?
Do you know if it's compatible with equalizer?
Thanks again

I wanted to see if a titanium backup of my old poweramp with beat audio would work on my I9300. Or something to that matter. Anyone have idea if could ever work?
Sent using Galaxy S3 i9300
Frying Pans!!! Who knew?!!!
Not sure about the back up but I'm running both on a clean install. As per the roots beats audio installer in order to remove the drivers you need to reinstall the Rom over it so I guess you're ok with the back from poweramp.
For the sound it's amazing through a good pair of headphones lots of bass, just make sure to make a nandroid first, the last update soft brick my unit and its mix some folks reported no sound or garbeling when taking ...a nandroid a day keeps bricks away

I have tried both and find bass from beats to be much more deeper and clearer on my V-Moda M80's.
You can always use titanium backup to remove unwanted apps but make sure you backup before you do anything

DSP is alright...Beats is alright...lol...the settings on DSP can be effy sometimes...but not a major...Beats...well basically just a pre tweaked equaliser...
I have had better sound quality just by tweaking the settings under ST with the orignal Samsung music player equaliser...best to try all options to establish your own preference...

Probably depends upon what youi listen to .
BOOM BOOM then no but if you just want to tweak slightly the sound output to be a bit wider and slightly louder then use DSP manager .

Because half of the people who buy beats headphones etc don't realise that beats is just software. The whole point of beats is to hear a pin drop amongst the music your listening to. This can easily be achieved with dsp or even the stock Samsung music player.
