With all of these new ROMS that are coming out, how is the call voice quality? Better than stock?

With that ERCV-B or whatever mod, the voice quality is much better.

But if your using a airave the outgoing calls will be scrambled. So be careful what you do.

How exactly do you take a screenshot on the atrix weptop? I'm digging but can't seem to find anything anywhere but I see screenshots all over.
As far as I know, you have to install a modded webtop in order to be able to install a screenshot app.
I use Xfce4 Screenshooter on my setup.

People from CM9 have release a video showing CM9 on touchpad. Its works pretty nice, hopefully we will see it soon.
