If you're ok with it being blue instead of white, you can get it here. It's the "Honeycomb Style Battery with percentage while charging", and the fourth picture over in the OP's pictures if you want to check out what it looks like.
I think there is one in the addons section of Viper's ROM.

those are actually a tad different. not exactly the honeycomb ones. but are cool too.
Cook up a custom theme in the online kitchen...you can choose those

I found the wallpaper and dock... just need the icons to match. I am going to keep searching, but thought some of you may already know.

Looks good. If you could make the signal and battery blue would be great. Also pulldown bar is too white and can't hardly read text. Maybe make it the background darker or transparent?

I apologize if there is a thread for this, but I can't find it through tapatalk. Real quick. I want to use the cowboy on the horse as my battery icon so when the batt goes down the level goes down on the image. I'm thinking there's a way through minimal text??? Or rewriting the file. As the number goes down when batt dies already, I just wanna attatch the image to that.

If I wasn't clear, I mean where the cowboy is brown.... when the batt gets to say 50 percent the bottom half of him would still be brown and the top half would be black or yellow etc... make sense?
