Hey guys,
I noticed on gsmarena.com, it lists the Bell's version of the S2 (Samsung Galaxy S II 4G) as having a slightly larger battery than the regular S2.
Is this true? Would there be differences in battery life, then?
Not true. My Bell S2 is 1650 mAh.
1650 here as well, probably just a typo.
Now a days these reviewing sites are in so much hurry to post a review that they don't even check once what they wrote

I've been around the block a few times with my Vibrant(s), yes, that was meant to be plural. I absolutely love it.
However, I'm running MIUI on one device and am looking for better ways to improve my battery life.
I'm interested in ordering a new battery. Found some decently priced 1650mah batteries on Ebay. My question is, the 1650mah from the Samsung Galaxy S 2, is it the same battery size as our Vibrants?
Ebay has a lot of choices for Samsung Galaxy S 2 batteries.
Thanks in advance users of XDA!
Galaxy S2 battery is physically different from Galaxy S battery and will not fit in vibrant.

What about The I9000 and the Vibrant?
don't know if the SGS2's battery is compatible with the vibrant, but if you want an inexpensive solution, on ebay you can find a powerskin for 12.99 refurbished or 16.99 new. http://www.ebay.com/itm/U-OEM-POWER...ain_0&var=&hash=item6fc4151a8b#ht_4039wt_1139
Thanks. I just bought one.

I9000 battery will work fine, I currently have a Mugen 1700mAh i9000 replacement battery in my phone; same size, lasts longer, and everything works great. Only complaint is they're on the pricey side ($45 or so). The mugen for our Vibrant is only rated at 1650mAh, so that's why I went with the one for the i9000
Sent from my rough sketch of a Vibrant on a brick.
is the 4.3" i9100 really lighter than 4.0" i9000? If so what about the battery life of i9100 compared to i9000?
Its 3 grams lighter, I dont think anyone will notice the difference in weight. (although its impressive since the i9100 has bigger screen)
At stock, the i9100 also has a better battery life compared to the i9000 due to its better battery.
i9100 has 8 h 40 min (3G) talk time compared to Up to 6 h 30 min (3G) on the i9000.
is the battery life really better than i9000?

At said at my previous post, at stock, it should be. The i9100 is rated to have an extra 2 hours of talk time compared to the i9000.
does s2 run hotter than S1?
sure, but the battery life's much worse than s
So i have a i9000, just bought a nexus on a plan, waiting for it to arrive. How does the battery compare with the i9000? also is the S2's battery better than them both or?
bump

Its only got 300 more mah which isn't very much... I however gotten the 3800mah battery for my S2 and there is a noticeable different in battery life. As well as it doesn't heat up as bad. But their was a downside to mine I have a custom backplate and it does look very ugly lol
