The first time i run a benchmark after a reboot I get scores around 1300 to 1600, the second time around 2000, 3rd 2500, 4th 2700 to 3000, and then it stays in that range until i reboot my atrix. Ive reboot 4 times and it's about the same each time. Is there s problem?

it went up to 1.6 for me. Major battery killer though
120.2°F hot for a charging phone?? Its burnns.
Sent from my SGH-T959 using XDA App
120°F degrees is unusually hot. I get up to 105°F while charging and that's on a hot ~95°F day.
Check your task manager to see if there's anything using CPU. That kind of heat can also be caused if you're using data to download stuff while charging.

r u over clocking?
thats probably why, but 120? should never reach THAT high.
Mine reached 140 once... it felt so hot!

Never overclock befor.. idk..bit cooled down to 71°F now..

Mine gets very hot, I've seen 120°F and higher, when using it while charging. If left alone, it does not heat up.
Which one of these applications is more accurate when evaluating CPU speed?
I would say neither. If i had to chose it would be linpak because quadrant is for single core only. It is fun to run every app on your phone at once and then do a quadrant test. Evo 3d doesnt drop a point, and all my other single core phones would make a huge difference.

So, which app would you use to measure the speed of the CPU?

What does Quadrant and Linpack measure?
Just because a app is on the market doeant mean the results are accurate.

I have the same issue and I am running jokers Kernel.
I don't think the photon kernals have any of those settings built in.

The nvidia chip is only capable of scaling.
Here's a little bit more info on the Tegra and governors.
How to I check my phone or battery's temperature? Is there an app or option for this?
Sent from my SCH-I605 using xda app-developers app
Plenty of app's.
Whats too hot? Mines at 101 degrees right now but im under heavy usage at the moment.
Sent from my SCH-I605 using xda app-developers app
Well i dont know the thermal threshold on the chip, but I'd say anything above 105ish is pushing it.

System tuner has CPU temps available. 101 celcius is do-able for very short periods of time.. My device scales CPU speed at 80 celcius.

134 degrees? That's pretty hot!
Yeah I actually woke up to that, I felt it so hot on my arm lol, I had a battery too hot charging paused notification(it said something like that I was half asleep) , before I even thought to look at the temp and take a screen shot it was cooling down, so it was definitely a lot hotter than that lol.. I'm Gunna try and catch it right away next time...

So bug? Bad hardware? Different charge cable?
This ppst is worrysome. I just dropped 550 on a note 2 and waiting for it to get here. I am a heavy gamer, that is why I choose this phone. For the raw power.
