Hey everyone,
This may seem like a noob question, but how do you alter the navigation configuration when building CWM? My recovery image I built seems to operate on the tilt of the accelerometer instead of any navigation keys. I didn't see anything in the device configurations that would lead me to a quick fix. I need to change the up and down navigation to the volume keys. Thanks!

Hello everybody,
this is my first post so please excuse if i did something wrong with the forum.
When i go to start - settings - buttons (is it named thsi in the english version?) i see the page in screen01. There is 5 times the entry "Taste" (which means key or button) an i cannot asign anything as always when i want to close the screen i get the message in screen02 (~"Each Button has to have a distinct assignment. Please choose another assignment"). All i can do is a Soft-Reset to exit this screen.
I haven't been in this settings before but maybe a tweak or some other app has messed up this. Does anybody know how i could fix this problem? Are there registry keys responsible for this settings? How does it look in a clean Stock install?
Thanks in advance

I couldnt find anywhere the CUSTOM Softkeys MOD/app just like in AOKP Roms (Navigation Bar). I am used to with the soft keys and I usually use buttons for different applications instead of the regular Back/Menu/Home buttons.
Is there any flash-able zip that I can install for MIUI or any other JB Rom?
P.S:I cannot insert the image due to the restriction of 10 post imposed by XDA, so I have attached it.
I was wondering how one enables the touch keys in a ROM for the Menu, Back, and Options buttons. I have tried editing the sun4i-keyboard.kl file to include the entries for these virtual keys and enable the tkey_para section of the script.bin but they still won't function. In the original ROM the sun4i-keyboard.kl file did not have the virtual keys listed, but they worked on the original ROM. Any idea where I can look to map these keys?
Hi There,
I have been trying to remove my airmouse mouse pointer function on my Android Box for ages (just want to use the cursor buttons on XBMC)... Seems a bit impossible. However I have learnt that it is possible to reduce the hide time by editing the PointerController.cpp.
Unfortunately I cannot locate the file. I have root access to the machine (Android 4.4) but simply cannot trace it. Can anybody help ?
Hi everybody,
I need help in finding a way to change the key functions of the navbar by editing the buildprop or editing similar commands/strings. I intend to assign a different function to the preset soft keys ( back - home - recent ). All that I can find on the web is applying a string (qemu.hw.mainkeys=1) at the end of the buildprop to completely hide the navbar . The apps that can be found in the store are only able to hide the navbar adding a new one instead. My aim is to keep the original navbar (I'm running a blisspop rom) changing the root functions of the soft keys .
Any help would be very appreciated .
You will need to edit it all in source. There is no easy way to do what you want let alone on a rom like bliss
