Convert Wotan Flash to FTF? or SIN? - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Is it possible to decrypt Wotan flash files? here example:
for E10:
The Client Window with 2.1.1.A.0.6 UK
The files it flash:
RXC65499ceaf51319f40237f173e65b0114
WinRar:
RXB55c89f553e952b96609d23e686a668ad
WinRar:
RXD4c3a39d5624f20d3fc783e3817502a66
WinRar:
*Now the problem is, when I rename the files to SIN and make bundle FTF with Flash Tool, it stuck, I try every file there, but it can't flash them
**I need it because I have Prototypes, and they flash-able only with Flash Tool.

This is FW update tool keeping rooted(for example, from 26.1.B.1.85 to 26.1.B.2.147, from 26.1.A.1.112 to 26.1.A.2.167)
Works on TWRP
First, prepare target ftf(lollipop)
Extract kernel.sin and system.sin from ftf
Convert kernel and system by using Flashtool, and get kernel.elf and system.ext4
Add kerel.elf and system.ext4 to twrp_prerooted_M4.zip
Install zip on TWRP
Long process.
do this at your risk.
now that you have root with locked bootloader
download TA Backup (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2292598)
and take a backup of your TA partition - keep it in a safe place, do not edit it (this will help you lock the BL again later and this is phone unique, you will need it untill you have this phone)
unlock your bootloader (your risk )
flash the latest firmware FTF
flash recovery.img (http://forum.xda-developers.com/m4-aqua/development/recovery-twrp-touch-recovery-sony-m4-t3229873)
flash supersu 2.46 through recovery (https://download.chainfire.eu/696/SuperSU/UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.46.zip
reboot phone
Use TA Backup and restore the TA partition.
now you have latest firmware and Root and locked bootloader.
install recovery for Locked Bootloader (http://forum.xda-developers.com/m4-aqua/development/bl-locked-twrp-touch-recovery-bl-locked-t3257430
now you have latest firmware + Recovery + Locked Bootloader.

1. Make sure you have Winrar installed
2. In the latest flashtool (9.19.10) click on the XF button(screenshot below) this will open XperiFirm
here select M4 Aqua and choose your model number and click on your phone CDA (CDA can be found in the Service Menu - dial *#*#7378423#*#* > select Service Info > select software info > look under Customization version)
now on XperiFirm click on the latest firmware version number on the right (under the PayPal button)
this will open the download option to download the latest firmware, click download and choose where you want to save it.
next after download completes the file that were downloaded have to be converted to FTF.
close XperiFirm, on Flashtool, click Tools > Bundles > FILESET Decrypt.
click on the small three dots and navigate to the folder where the firmware files were downloaded and click ok.
you should see 4 files (all in the format File_xxxxxxx), select each file and click on the arrow to move the files to the Files to Convert Section and click convert.
a new window called Bundler opens, in it you will see a list of files, move them all to the Firmware content side.
double click on right space provided next to Device and double click on M4 Aqua and double click on your phone model number
for Branding type your CDA number and your country, for Version enter the firmware version (e.g. 26.1.A.1.167) and click create
this will create the FTF file and save it in the C:\Users\<your username>\.flashTool\firmwares folder.
open the FTF file with winrar and extact system.sin and kernel.sin files.
again open Flashtool, click Tool > Sin Editor.
browse and select kernel.sin that you extracted, click open and click Extract Data > this will extract kernel.elf file
again browse and select system.sin that you extracted, click open and click Extract Data > this will extract system.ext4 file
now open twrp_prerooted_M4.zip file with winrar, add the kernel.elf and system.ext4 file and save the zip file.
copy this zip file to your phone SDCard
boot to TWRP, click Install, select the zip file and install
Problem solved!! Thanks a lot!!

flashtool takes long to extract kernel.elf from kernel.sin file

I want to flash TWRP recovery to my phone using the instructions in this thread : http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-u/p-development/recovery-twrp-2-7-0-0-touch-recovery-t2688925 .
I downloaded the stock firmware 6.1.1.B.1.54 and extracted it.
I then downloaded flashtool version 0.9.19.8 for my Arch linux.
I select tools -> sin editor and then I browse to kernal.sin file, I select extract data.
here is a screenshot of what I end up with :
http://postimg.org/image/az41yiutz/
That's it, it stops at that point "Starting data extraction".
I check the folder where kernel.sin is and I don't see any kernel.elf.
I closed flashtool and started the process again.
It's the same and it has taken almost an hour now.
I patched flashtool to the latest version and tried again, still the same.
I also tried runing flashtool from terminal, because flashtool is started by java any "possible errors" are not thrown on the terminal(I guess it's redirected to the textarea in the flashtool Window).
does extraction take that long ? if not what can I do ?
Some notes:
I downloaded the firmware instead of getting it straight from my phone because my phone is not rooted and I read I can't get boot.img without rooting it.
I'm not willing to connect my phone or root it in order to get boot.img, the reason for this is easy : I want TWRP so that I can root xD xD, other rooting ways may exist but TWRP is cool anyway and I found rooting instructions on howtogeek(a website that I like) and they say to use TWRP so that's the way I'm gonna use.
If there is a bug in flashtool where can I report it ? I didn't find anything in flashtool's homepage.

I need 26.3.a.133 flashable zip

i need e2303 stock backup file pplease
dont be lazy, check this xpericheck.com. download .ftf file and flash it using flashtool
I can't cause ny phones flashmode and fastboot broken

Trying to flash US XZ1 to the CE1 spec but unable to see ANY FTF files

Like many Sony owners out there, I wanted to get the fingerprint scanner to work on the new XZ1 phone and all was going well when I loaded the Sony Flasher, then was able to download the CE1 (central European) firmware. I was even able to uncompress all the files out of the FTF file BUT here is where it stops...
When I go to FLASH the new firmware the Flasher software can't even see any of the new downloaded firmwares as the Firmware Selector is empty. I've looked all over in the Flashtool/Firmware directories and can see them in Windows Explorer but the Flasher can't.
Do I need to add a file/files so that the Flash tool can see it? I've run out of ideas.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Cheers!
Martin
Maybe this guide would help you
http://www.xperiablog.net/2014/08/1...re-files-using-xperifirm-and-flashtool-guide/
For flashing a firmware, it must be in ftf format, and be located in a folder outside of flashtool folder.

How can I root my Xperia X?

I've already unlocked the bootloader with fastboot and I tried installing Magisk zip (which before was a .apk) via TWRP but it didn't work.
I've also downloaded the stock firmware to find the boot.img to patch via Magisk, but I found this list of .sin files when I opened the stock firmware folder.
I tried to google how to covert a .sin boot file to a .img one, and I found a guide ( https://www.droidwin.com/extract-so...img-file/#STEP_1_Download_Sony_Stock_Firmware ) which uses Sony Dump Tool ( https://forum.xda-developers.com/attachments/sony_dump_tool-zip.4865161/ ), guide where unfortunately there is only one boot_X-FLASH-ALL-2389.sin file. I have many .sin files instead.
(List of a screenshot of my stock firmware files attached)
A big thanks to everyone will reply to me.
