It's not possible unless you have a sense framework... doesn't work with AOSP or anyother android UI's sorry.

you can try getting launcher pro plus, it comes with friendstream like widgets, that are identical in nature (with out the sync function though)
You could also try colorize widget, I have it and it's very very similar to the friendstream app

Yes just hit the personalize button and pick lockscreen its the 3rd one from the top

Probably not the answer you are looking for but search the Market for Widget Locker....great app for customizing the lock screen.

Widgetlocker has been much improved, id recommend widgetlocker then place "gmail label notifier" widget it works awesome.

we can with temporary root, but once you restart the phone itll be gone so yeah maybe after full root is acquired

If I could upload from mobile I would put it up for you. I'll check in the morning and see if anyone has posted them. Also did you create a stock nandroid. If so unzip it and go to /system/fonts.
