So you need help, why not use the the sticky's, threads and Q&A forum to seek it, this has nothing to do with Development buddy.
And wrong section again. If you live in USA then use x10a else x10i

Some people were having problems about finding stock kernel for x10 mini.
So I uploaded stock kernel for x10 mini E10.

Just flash the latest gingerbread stock rom .ftf. You may find it in the thread by someguyfromhell in the stickies or in the development forums
If you have the right ftf for you device, flash it using flashtool

Before rooting you should upgrade your device to ics (it is much simpler than that ingingerbread)
Go to this tutorial for updating!

Try update thru Sony PC Companion(search on google) press Update phone/tablet and follow instructions. Backup your data before doing that.
