Has anyone had any success with using the HTC Sync to sync music from iTunes? Mine seems to leave a lot of songs out when syncing.
Got any tips and tricks as to how this can work seamlessly? TIA
Dang, no luck...
Do you have songs from when Apple was applying DRM to them? I don't use HTC Synch to synch iTunes playlists. But I have used Doubletwist and iSyncr. Those apps don't synch DRM'ed songs, since they won't play on your Flyer, anyway.

I can't for the life of me find an app that syncs Itunes properly. Doubletwist was decent but it always screws up the songs, such as the song name is right but the artist is wrong. It syncs files from places I don't want to sync from and you can't unsync them once its done. Also from my pc it shows like 2200 songs when my itunes only shows about 1800. What sucks the most is that I can't get it to sync to my external sd. Seems like it did once but then when I tried to sync again it synced the whole damn library to the internal, and when it does sync it always seems to have a couple hundred that it won't sync. What's the point of having a 32 gig sd if you can't sync your itunes to it? I tried Isyncr but again, it will only sync to the internal. Ugh! Poweramp works nice but has no syncing option. Anyone got any good suggestions?
I'd go ahead and request the beta for Google Music. http://music.google.com
I hate itunes, but here is a list of apps:

you know, i may just try google music. didn't want to because i don't know if having it in the cloud is what i want. and i didn't spend good money on an sd card to not have it all the time, although if it will sync properly to my external with the music i DO want on there all the time then it may be great for me.
I've been using Amazon MP3 cloud while waiting on Google Music and I really like it too. It may not be perfect, but it works really well.
best music app out there in my opinion and theres no charge for it and unlimited space.

How can I sync my iTunes playlists with my SGS2?
Try iSyncr
Sent from my GT-I9100 using XDA Premium App
as far as i know, you can't do this, the itunes music or movies has DRM protection. you only can play them on apple products.

They stopped DRM'ing Music a long time back, their movies are still DRM'd.
There are a number of options for sync'ing with iTunes, search the forums here, others have detailed methods (I'm not an iTunes user, so can't really help).
To be honest I think the best advice is to break the shackles and just tag your collection properly. Then it'll work with everything that isn't Apple with simple sideloading, and still work with Apple via iTunes.
the best way is copy all your music tracks, copy and paste to SD card, done. there's not much you need to do, just drag and drop.
As someone else has said, you can use iSyncr if all you're interested in is syncing playlists. Another option (and one that I use) is Salling Media Sync, which lets you sync iTunes playlists, podcasts and photos.
I use missing sync to sync my music folder in mac to sgs2. Works great
I can get my music to sync, but the playlist are not syncing. I have all my music in different folders under "Music" each sub-folder acting as it's own playlist. But for what ever reason, it won't add the playlist, only the music. I've tried some other programs like Double Twist which worked great for my old EVO, now doesn't recognize my new HTC EVO LTE. I've also tried HTC Sync, but it also was unsuccessful at adding playlists. Let me know if anyone has any suggestions on what is wrong, or perhaps another sync program that can utilize the playlist in itunes or makes playlist based off of what folder the songs are in. Thanks.
Sup people,
if i sync my whole itunes library with easy phone sync, in future if i was to add a song to itunes and then re sync with easy phone sync, will it re transfer the WHOLE library or just add the one song to the music on the phone?
Thanks
Recently doubletwist's desktop app has been horrible. It exports all my playlists from Doubletwist into Itunes and never closes the initial export playlist dialogue. I am looking for a great music player with a great desktop client. Hopefully one that can sync easily with Itunes. I tried Easy Phone Tunes but it does not sync a lot of my iTunes correctly.
Also one preferably where if I delete a song on the android end, it would sync and delete it permenantly on the desktop end
