Can anyone please rebuild the themes for ldpi screen for our mini from hdpi/mdpi screen.
So that we will be able to choose it from themechooser.
I have tried many hdpi and mdpi theme( from developer : upwardspiral ) but when applied the status bar icons becomes too small and are hard to notice.
I also google it but I could hardly find only 4 themes .
So I request developers/modders to take a step forward onto this.

Even a list of currently available LDPI CM7 themes would be very helpful.

thanks to @sitimber for posting the Donut version of this Widgetmod by @anderweb
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=667092
After Cyanogen released his first CM5.0.7-D/S ROM, i asked @anderweb for porting his Donut Vertical Settings to eclair, and he made an Elcair Version for me.
After i start to theme the widget we found a very strage bug in the Vertical Widget. So we asked @eliotstocker if he could help to fix the bug and he did it.
So now we can have the Vertical Power Controll Wiget, i themed atm only the mdpi part, cuz i only have an G1 for testing the theme:
All files are flashable from recovery (i use RA_1.6.2)
Unthemed Version with MDPI/HDPI (MDPI=Dream/MT3G - HDPI=Nexus)
http://www.mediafire.com/?ejyyyywmzwm
Themed Settings Icons (MDPI Themed only - HDPI unthemed)
http://www.mediafire.com/?mi5yyjtak1r
Transparent and Themed Settings Icons (MDPI Themed only - HDPI unthemed)
http://www.mediafire.com/?gwmyuwi2ngw
Stock Settings.apk from CM5.0.7-test3
http://www.mediafire.com/?qt2hg3okyq0 not flashable, apk only
Install:
install the via adb push

Why create a copy of your thread here ?
you can add picture please.
Nice, never thought of that and it's better than horizontal I think.
Is there any flexibility to change the actual functions? Any chance the get Airplane mode on this widget (ideally instead of brightness)?

Very good theme!
Here are some themes which work on the test versions of CM7 made by subpsyke.

I deleted the two themes which came with Cyanogenmod 7.1 because of the message that pops up before you install them. I thought they were just taking up space.
Will definitely look at a few of them now.
You can find on market its called theme Chooser themes it is really good and you can find a lot of themes

Thanks man, i´m using the Sense theme, and it´s great
hello,
there are many themes available and many of them are great, but 99% of those i've seen are only "partially awesome".
why, you ask?
because, to put it bluntly, the statusbar icons suck.
they were apparently created for higher-resolution displays, and downscaling on the Mini Pro makes them blurry and ugly.
The only theme that didn't have this problem was the wonderful HTC Black one, but it appears that in the MiniCM version, they got somehow broken. (also, the MiniCM version apparently doesn't include the "good" set of battery icons, using some generic version)
so, my question is, do any of you have tips for themes with good statusbar icons, optimized for Mini Pro's low resolution?
I'm not sure about this... but the HTC Wildfire has the same resolution as our phones. So maybe you can go looking there? Just a thought... no idea if it will actually help out.

i'm using CM6 (from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1059361 ) , so the CM7 themes probably won't work.
but, will generic CM6 themes work with this? from your post it looks like they will. i didn't know that, i will try some generic CM6 themes. i only tried themes that are here on this forum, "Xperia X10 Mini Themes and Apps", not the generic ones.
but from examining the stock theme, it seems that i would need ldpi (HTC Black theme for stock is "ldpi"), and all the themes i've seen so far are mdpi
the problem is this:
this is enlarged statusbar from five randomly chosen themes. the top three are "bad", the bottom two are "good".
notice how the signal lines on the bottom two are very straight and not fuzzy? and the battery image is sharp?
and on the second one, signal bars are deformed and on the third one they're fuzzy around edges. also, on the second one, the arrows over "H" look like blobs, not arrows
this is all because the images are bigger than the status bar, and android must downscale them
the first one is not as bad as the other two, but it is still visible
unfortunately, the two good ones are for stock, not for CM

I try to explain in my school english
for example you put your two lovely themes, one with your lovely menue and one with your lovely icons
like this for menue http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1002285
and this for icons http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=966235
then you unzipped this two themes in extra folder , you need the folder framework.res
then swapping the icons in the folder with your lovely menue
note the size, i resize it with photoshop
by the battery i delete the battery font in the icons from steel blue because i use the option of Cyanogen mod by the statusbar tweaks battery percentage because it is the optimize font size to see the battery percentage
sorry for bad english, my schooltime is 10 years ago ;-)
i can give you my icons so you can swapping the icons in your lovely theme, but at the moment i´m at work

BTW, there is a little problem with icon size on lockscreen, unlock icon and sound icon don't have the same size.

Yes I know about the font size & i am changing it in build 2 ....and some other stuff....about the lockscreen well i guess i should check it once again....
Well, there's better sense 4 theme here in XDA, it's called alpha7 V2.. Still has some bugs, but it's worth trying (the version with transparent status bar looks great).
