I've downloaded the Z4 root app from 4shared.com n installed it on my phone (vibrant Stock 2.2 froyo). Haven't actually rooted yet. I wanted to know will it work on my phone and if not will it brick my phone?? Help pls

yeah i was rooted with 2.1 and used z4 and it worked..but then i updated to the 2.2 and it didnt work it kept force closing
Use oneclicklagfix instead

Z4root will only work if your running 2.1

Hi Guys, I just installed Oneclick lagfix v2.1+ on my Vibrant which is running on UVJI6, but I noticed that my phone doesn't vibrant anymore! Does anyone know how to fix it?
Yes switch to version lag fix 1.0, 2.1 causes hep vib to go down

All you need to get back every working version of Samsung's stock apps is here. It's also in the market but it will cost a few buck(s).

Be more specific. What 2.3.3 rom? If it is a non Samsung based rom, forget it. If it is Samsung based, the bloater app by birgertime should do you just fine. I imagine you know the difference because you are on 2.3.3.

Im on 2.3 trigger and im gonna go back to good ol trigger 3.2 froyo. Prolly a dumb question but do i need to odin back if i still have the froyo bootloaders? (i wanna do it at work where there is no pc)

Yes you need to odin back, trigger 3. 2 will not flash in the cm7/trigger redux recovery
