Hiya
Awesome forum, and I *think* I already know the answer to this, but is there a simple way of skinning the notification bar on the stock (rooted) Optimus one rom?
Or do I have to flash a whole new rom to the phone?
Cheers!

u can create a black bar for yourself using this:

You cannot do this on stock ROM because it is not deodexed. You need a custom ROM.

Is stable and I am using it as a every day rom. It has some small bugs but I like it.

I would to know someone opinion about it. Is that stable and secure? Do I loose any recovery feature after installing it?

It's nice but it doesn't stick after reboot. You have to wait until devs include it to their kernels

Hate to ask again but I was looking for the most current rcmix kernel

Use kernel manager from the market.
